A unique location with elegant interiors characterize this beautiful mediterranean villa, with incredible views of the sea and the ancient Tower of Nora.
A large private pool for exclusive use is available to guests. It is surrounded by tall hedges and plants. The pool fills almost the entire back patio and offers great privacy to this wonderful place.
Each room has air conditioning and an adjoining bathroom.
In the ground floor of the villa the large living room with large French windows opens onto the patio and the garden. The decor is very elegant, there are two large white sofas and a precious antique chestnut table. This room has air-conditioning, a TV and DVD player and a completely equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a large patio, which is richly furnished with sofas and a large table and deck chairs. Long white curtains surround the patio ensuring that during the hot siesta hours this area remains fresh and pleasant. It is a lovely place from which to enjoy the view of the sea in the distance and of the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge with freezer.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable double room with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom one has a double bed and the second two singles. The rooms on the first floor enjoy splendid sea views.
The garden develops in front of and behind the house with Mediterranean paintings, lemons, oranges and palms.
The villa is a ten minute walk from the famous Is Molas 27-hole golf course, with a bar and an excellent restaurant.
The villa is located five minutes drive from the long sandy beach of Nora, the ancient Phoenician-Punic archaeological site where you can also visit the remains of the great Roman imperial civilization.
Thanks to the mild climate of this part of Sardinia and the fact that the villa is heated, this very special place can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
The villa is located on top of a slightly sloping garden, a hill from which to enjoy the view. Getting in the car will only require a little care to get close to the house. There is space for two cars to park in the lower part of the garden and two more on the higher area.

Included Services:
Weekly Pool Cleaning:
The pool is professionally cleaned once a week and included in your stay.

Linen and Towels:
For a fee of €15 per person, we provide fresh bed linens and bathroom towels.

Additional Charges:

Initial Cleaning Fee: A one-time fee of €70 covers the professional cleaning of the villa before your arrival, ensuring a spotless environment.

Tourist Tax: A mandatory local tax of €1.20 per person per night applies to guests aged 12 and over.

Electricity Consumption:

To keep your stay comfortable, electricity usage (including air conditioning and pool pumps) is monitored. Currently, no extra charge for electricity is applied.
If consumption exceeds a reasonable level, we reserve the right to discuss additional charges; however, our goal is to provide you with a worry-free experience.

Notes:

Additional or unscheduled pool cleanings are not included but can be arranged upon request at an extra cost.
