The house is beautiful, spacious, and cozy. There were so many spaces that were ideal for gathering, and the property is so close to lots of great shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time, and the hosts were so kind and communicative.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and equipment one would need, and, of course, the great view!!! There were lots of places to sit and relax, read a book or just "chill". There was also lots of games, puzzles, books, and toys to entertain the kids. It's a welcoming, tranquil and calming place to stay. Bobbi was very responsive and very helpful! We would most definitely stay here again!!!

Loved the place. A perfect place for a mothers/adult daughters weekend. Awesome location, extremely well stocked, with comfortable bed and furnishings. Host very proactive and communicative. No negatives about this place. Will most definitely return.

Our experience was 5 stars! I would definitely rent this property again. The views, location and amenities were exactly as advertised. The only unexpected features was the 5 minute walk from the ferry as it was closer to 10 minutes and included a couple of gradual hills that might impact older or out of shape guests. (Like me!) We found both Uber and Lyft drivers were able to accommodate any pick up and drop offs so a rental car is not needed.

The house was clean and well cared for. The view was wonderful. Excellent yard for small children and backyard fun. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Check in and check out were super easy. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time celebrating Mother’s Day’s at this amazing home! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting outside with the fantastic view and especially enjoyed making a fire in the pit and watching the ferry at night (the fire “kit” with wood, paper and starter was a nice surprise!). We hope to return for a future celebration!

We have stayed at this location twice now. The property is amazing with easy access to downtown and ferries (my young kids could even walk from the house!). We all had a great time watching the ferries come in and out and watching seals swim all while having a bon fire down by the beach. The house has everything you need and makes vacationing easy and simple. We stayed during a hot week, the house does not have air conditioning but it was no problem after opening windows at night and letting the sea breeze cool the house. There are also lots of fans available in the house. We are going to make this a yearly tradition for our family.

Location was great. Walking distance to ferry, stores and restaurants in town. Surprisingly quite location, even when so close to town. The house definitely felt (in good way) it was somebody's vacation home. It had everything you need for a big family of all ages. We were two couples in our late 60's and at first a little surprised by the rustic makeup of the home. But quickly learned to love it. It was truly a beach front cabin - not a high-end house that you couldn't wear shoes or were scared to play and hurt something. This home was built for families, big families, to have fun and gather around the 12-person table or talk at the multiple inside and outside sitting areas. Pamphlet in the house states this has been the family's vacation home since 1958. It shows...again, in a very positive way. This house was like a good friend who said, "Hey, our cabin is empty this week. You want to take your family there?" We would definitely go there again - except we'd take the kids and grandkids and let them have fun.

BEST.HOST.EVER!!! The Beach House is so special in so many ways. Location, view, amenities, cozy vibe, fireplace, stocked kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of room to relax and spend time with family and friends. We made so many wonderful memories! A definite stay while on Bainbridge/visiting Seattle!

What an amazing property! So many amenities from a very well stocked kitchen to water sports to skewers for the fire pit. So relaxing to be able to watch the ferry come and go. Any easy walk to town for groceries or eating out. Beds were comfortable. Definitely check this place out!

We have enjoyed staying here multiple times. The property is in an ideal location with being walkable to town and the ferry. The host is great with communication! Our family lives the downstairs play area with ping pong. As a mom traveling with kids I appreciate that this home has all the comfort to cook meals and have beach days. A wonderful warm family home with incredible views!

A great time!

We had an amazing time!!! The property was great and the location was perfect. We loved the decks and having our coffee overlooking the bay was a great start to our day. The extra fans were a life saver during the heat wave!!! It was truly an amazing vacay that was made even better by the great house to stay in!!

Great house and super location & VIEWS!

This is a very well appointed house, and it will provide a plethora of activities for an island visit. Or, books and a view to relax - your choice! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.
