Incredible space in a beautiful location! Very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The views were amazing and the house was in close proximity to downtown Glenwood Springs. Very clean, great communication throughout and well stocked with anything you could possibly need.

We had a great time visiting Glenwood Springs and this home was perfect for our group. My favorite thing was the view, we could just sit on the porch all day! The bedrooms are spread out so if someone wants to take a nap while others want to play a game of pool, there were no issues with the sound travelling. The location is above the highway so you get a little of the highway noise when on the patio, but it's worth it to be so close to downtown and the hot springs. Having the golf course so close was a plus too. We would love to come back again soon!

We've stayed at this property several times and it works perfectly for our family! The floor plan is fantastic with a main floor master retreat and private balcony. The very large main floor family room and kitchen are great when we all hang out and enjoy a meal. We also really appreciate that all 4 bedrooms have an attached bathroom! Close to everything you want to do in Glenwood! And plenty of garage space for your vehicles! Just love this place!!

The house exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, and it was very comfortable for our family of seven. We had beautiful views of the area and the location was very convenient to downtown despite some construction.

Check-in took a bit of extra time only because the front door keypad wasn’t working. I reached out to Andrea who answered promptly and assisted with getting into the house a different way. There were no further issues at any time during our stay. The property is well appointed and comfortable. Having four bedrooms, spaced out the way they are, provides privacy for everyone. It was much better than at some other homes we’ve stayed in. I would seek out the same property anytime I want to rent in the Glenwood Springs area in the future.

Very nice home in a comfortable neighborhood. It was clean with plenty of room. Everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room worked like a champ. Take advantage of the deck as the view of the mountains is excellent. The beds are rental property beds...good but not amazing. The property is only about 5 minutes from the action of Glenwood Springs. If you are a light sleeper, I-70 is close by so you might be annoyed by that. The only critique of the home is that when you walk in the front door, there are two steps down that can catch you off-guard if you aren't paying attention. Overall, you won't be disappointed with this home!

Clean beautiful stay

Beautiful, very clean home with everything a person could need. Great for groups as there is enough spaces to take a break from everyone if needed. Felt like a very safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
