Recentemente ristrutturato, appartamento con una camera da letto vicino al centro (Broadway), a pochi passi da attrazioni e ristoranti. Decorato con cimeli di musica country e arredamento rustico, tutti i nuovi arredi nell'aprile 2019. Comodo letto king-size e comodissimo divano letto queen-size (niente bar, materasso memory foam). Ben fornito con piatti, pentole, biancheria. Internet veloce e sicuro. Parcheggio gratuito. Lavasciuga. Pack and Play per i più piccoli. Ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, asciugacapelli e biancheria.

The condo was great! Just as pictured. We loved the location and having on-site parking. Being able to walk both to Broadway and to Vanderbilt campus made our stay really fun!

Parking was onsite which was much appreciated. It was evident that a lot of care was taken to update amenities such as the beautiful shower. The condo was comfortable and quiet: great location.

Stayed in a few of Carlos’s properties in Nashville. Each one is fun, unique, and of the highest standards. His check-in instructions are spot on. Will always look for his properties first each time we come to Nash!!

The host is very responsive and very accommodating. The unit is extremely comfortable and well stocked unlike many other VRBO units I stay in. It is also in a great area.

Great stay. Host answered all our questions, even let us leave our luggage in the room after checkout to retrieve later on before our flight out. Well stocked, very convenient, very comfortable beds. Three people fit comfortably in the unit. We'd definitely come back.

The location was perfect! Walking distance from downtown, grocery stores and restaurants but a lot quieter than broadway street. The place was beautiful and charming and had everything you need. Carlos and Cheryl were 5 star hosts, very communicative and helpful! If you are staying in Nashville this is the place to be!

We loved the location - close enough to walk to downtown, or up to Vanderbilt campus, + lots of music and recording history all over the area.

We loved the condo and the location. We hope to return in the fall or spring and we plan on staying in this same condo if possible.
