Rilassati in questa nuova unità con due camere da letto / due bagni presso l'Emerald Isle. Un sacco di luce, cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, utensili, stoviglie e zona soggiorno con divani in pelle. Splendida vista dal vasto balcone privato affacciato direttamente sulle splendide acque color smeraldo del Golfo del Messico, dove potrete godervi i meravigliosi tramonti dopo una giornata impegnativa sulla spiaggia. Questo spazioso appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni attende con impazienza il vostro arrivo! Perfettamente situato a pochi passi dalla sabbia con una maestosa vista sull'oceano dal 20 ° piano. Un posto auto riservato si trova al piano terra dell'edificio. Niente più problemi di caccia per un parcheggio! (Una tassa di parcheggio $ 20 non è inclusa nel prezzo del noleggio.)

Emerald Isle si trova all'estremità ovest di Panama City Beach, a pochi minuti da Pier Park. Letto king size nel master e letto king size nella seconda camera da letto. Sia la camera da letto principale che il soggiorno si affacciano sull'oceano. Cucina completamente attrezzata TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere. TV via cavo gratuita e servizio Internet. I 10 piedi e mezzo da ventotto piedi balcone ha un sacco di posti a sedere per godersi la vista sulla spiaggia. Awesome updated and super clean Condo. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic views! No complaints or criticisms but may be time for new towels 😊

Emerald Isle, once again didn’t disappoint. Our check in time was quick. We were able to check in early. Our unit was spotless clean. Helen if AMAZING! She’s quick to respond to any concerns. Our 5th year staying here and already planning next.

Beautiful and just as described!

This is a beautiful property! Very clean and very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again. The view from the balcony is STUNNING, particularly at sunset. We saw dolphins! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. This unit is directly across from the elevators. However, we did not hear any noise in the unit from the elevators or from adjacent neighbors. The only negatives were there simply wasn't enough of the essentials for 4 people for almost a week: 1. Not enough bath towels...1 towel per person. That's fine if you don't mind doing laundry every day on your vacation, but not enough laundry pods. You only get 2. If you're doing laundry every day to wash towels, that's not enough. 2 Not enough TP... 2 rolls between 4 people (3 women) wasn't nearly enough. 3 Kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils you would need, but, no salt and pepper and no coffee! 4. 1 roll of paper towels for 4 people for a week and only 2 dishwasher pods Basically, you'll need to make a grocery run as soon as you arrive. The above negatives are probably nit-picky, but most of us already buy a ton of groceries on vacay, but that's usually sunscreen, beach toys and beer. You don't expect to buy TP, salt/pepper, and laundry soap. Would be great if those things were provided. That's the little extra guests remember. Other than that... I highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach, we loved being on the 22nd floor. Seen dolphins and the condo was just as described. Had trouble with the ice maker but overall would stay here again

The condo was very clean and nice. The glass sliding doors do not lock. My husband had to fix the garbage disposal, because it was backed up (wouldn’t drain). The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work at all. The room itself was updated and surprisingly clean…I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the shower, kitchen and floors. Not the owner’s fault, but the property at Emerald Isle has two very small pools and the pools and pools decks weren’t very clean, nice or spacious. We feel like the condo/resort is very overpriced for what you get. Perhaps it would have been cheaper if we booked farther in advance, but it was too pricey.
