It was a great space. Definitely made for two people. The balcony had a great view and we liked being on the end. Kitchen had what we needed but we did not prepare meals.

Beautiful unobstructed view of the beach. The corner unit on the top floor was perfect. Condo could be really nice with a few upgrades and a good cleaning. The shower curtain bar is rusty and fixed in one spot with duct tape. Shelf under the TV falling off the wall. Most of the cabinet doors need to be adjusted as they will not close properly. The beach chairs were rusty and very uncomfortable. We bought new chairs and left them on the balcony for future rentals. We enjoyed our time in St. Augustine very much as we always go to the Gulf. But, I would not choose this property unless it gets a much needed overhaul.

First time staying in this area of Fla. Will definitely be back. Lots to do in the area. The room we stayed in was perfect! Very clean. The bed was amazing! Perfect for recharging after a day of St Augustine sightseeing and relaxing on the beach and at the pool. Had some first class cuisine as well!

The condo has a great view of the ocean. When I go this is the spot to be. My biggest complaint is the extra charge we had to pay to add our two grandsons. It wasn’t worth it. We got a couple extra towels and sheet for the sofa bed. We didn’t use the beach towels or any beach equipment. We brought our own. We didn’t even use their pillows we brought our own. We also only used the cereal bowls and spoons nothing else. We could have had several meals for what we paid extra. Very unhappy. We got taken advantage of.

Holiday Getaway

Easy access from highway. Property is nice with lots of parking. The room is very nice, bed is super comfy. Views are absolutely stunning. See the sunrise from the patio and the sunset from font door. Close to multiple great beaches, minutes from food, shopping and sightseeing. Private boardwalk to beach via stairs,, so beachcarts will have to be carried down 14 stairs,,, booo.. Overall great stay, highly recommend!

Small condo on top floor end unit. Very clean, quiet. Large pool as well. Great for two people.

Needs deep clean and Outdated

Checking in instructions were clear and easy. Communication was good with owner. Charged 30 dollars for 3rd adult for one night. Main issues were mold in tub jets, dust in vents and behind tvs. Everything is just old, rusted and dated, including furniture. Refrigerator handle so worn down and rusted outside.. Shower curtain rod so rusted that you barely could move shower curtain. Towels and bedding were thin and old. Beach chairs and umbrella were all rusted so we didnt use. Owner offered to have cleaning people come in to clean tub but I didn't want the hassle while I was there when I sent pictures of condition. View is amazing. Being on corner and 4th floor was nice but I would not stay in this condo again. This condo needs a serious deep clean and some updates.

Beautiful beach view

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach. You couldn’t beat the view of the beach! The end unit was also nice and no one was on the top floor. The pool looked nice which we never went in. the only thing that was bothersome Was trying to get the door open. We had to make several attempts on numerous occasion Just get the keypad to let us in! The check-in information did go over this issue but it really should be something that should be fixed.The bathroom sink and tub were very, very slow draining, which was kind of annoying. Besides that the condo was nice. Small but nice!

Great getaway

We had a great trip. Nice condo, clean and well stocked. Only issue we had was checking in b/c the email with all the info went to spam. I received confirmation emails but the important one with door code, rules, check-in info etc went to spam. I messaged the owner and they were very responsive. Highly recommend this condo and all condos at the beachers. We have stayed here several times and always have a great trip! We will be back!

Perfect beach set up for two

The place has the bedroom, kitchen area, living room, nice pool, beautiful beach, and beach-view balcony that were the features we wanted most. Pretty much everything we needed and nothing we don’t. We like the quieter Crescent Beach area. Still close enough to historic areas and great restaurants

Location, beach access and view were great. Problem with hot water system. The water temp for shower always tepid. We ran the hot water tap for 10-15 minutes and it never got/stayed hot long enough to have a comfortable shower. Ended up heating water on the stove and taking baths in a few inches of water.

Love the view from our balcony ! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to be on the beach but thoroughly enjoyed St Augustine and fine restaurants.

Okay stay

First thing I noticed was how deceiving the photos were. It’s pretty ordinary and definitely shows its age. Make note the washer is coin and not in room. I missed that. No washcloths and only one dishcloth and kitchen towel. Bring your own keurig if you use one. Needs a deep clean. Bed was awesome . Couch was not very comfy. Hopefully your days will be full of sunshine!Location was good. Close to beach, nice view. Elevator worked half the time. Very nice pool. Pretty quiet. Oh—When I checked out price was 20 more than list price. I asked about it but got no response.

Quite Anniversary Trip

The property was as described in the listing. The Sunrise and Sunset was lovely. Having the patio to look out at the water while eating meals was very relaxing. The beach access was very convenient just walk out and you are in the sand in just a few minutes without loading stuff in a car and back out again. They had some shops across the street. The Island Ice Cream was great!

Wonderful Getaway

The rental had a wonderful view, was clean, and the host was great. The beach was one of the best we have been too. School had just started so it was not crowded at all. The sand was white and sugary, not over shelly, and the water was not full of seaweed. Bring a fan for the balcony with little breeze at all. It was hot!out there!

Hidden Gem

Brian and I enjoyed our stay. You just cannot beat that view as I’m sure everyone comments on. We slept on the pull out couch a few times just to be closer to the ocean sounds. Everyone in the neighborhood and restaurants were so very kind. Downtown was not our cup of tea with all the “go Brandon” signs. We didn’t spend a dime or ANY time there. Turned right around and back to the beach. We look forward to renting again and again. We usually go to Hilton Head, this was our first time in St. Augustine. Thank you again for sharing and making vacation affordable.

Perfect Location

This spot was the perfect get away for my boyfriend and I. We attended a concert at the Amphitheater and it was only a 15 minute drive. The pool on property was very nice and enough room to not be tight up on other people and the beach access on location was so convenient and easy and our condo had all the essentials for the beach set up.
