Cabina di recente costruzione di 1800 piedi quadrati nelle remote colline delle Montagne Rocciose. Open space con soffitti a volta e grandi finestre e lucernari. Splendide viste sulle montagne e infinite attività all'aperto proprio fuori dalla porta. La foresta nazionale è a meno di 5 minuti in auto. Tutti meno di un'ora di macchina; Undici Mile e Antero Reservoir, Kenosha Pass, Breckenridge Ski Resort e molto altro! Ottimo per intrattenere gruppi o famiglie! Puoi anche piantare una tenda se vuoi!

My name is Kendra, my husband Josh and I have 3 kids, 16, 12, and 7. We both grew up in Colorado and currently live in Golden Co. Josh is the owner of an HVAC, Dwight's Comfort Air, also in Golden Co. We are delighted you are considering staying at RD3 and promise you won't be disappointed! It is absolutely one of our families favorite places to be! We are new to Vrbo, but have been listed on Airbnb for a short time now. Check us out there for some reviews. In 2015 we purchased this land to build a family hunting/fishing cabin. We begin building what
turned out to be a 8,000 ft "cabin". Much larger than planned, by hey, go big right? We currently have about 1800sq ft finished and locked off from the rest of the building. The construction on this portion was just completed in August of 2018. So
this is a very new cabin. The rest of the building will eventually have a "honey moon loft" sleeping 2-4, and a large game room with bunk beds sleeping 6-8. Once it is all complete we will be able to host parties and events, or just rent out the cabin and loft separately, with an option to add the game room. We cannot be there as much as we'd like, so we thought we would share its beauty and peacefulness with others!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura
Close to so many outdoor activities. You can literally just walk right out the front door to hiking and biking. Or if you want to hunker down and escape the world for a while it is perfect for that too. The star gazing at night is something indescribable. The Milky Way is situated right above the property. Grab some marshmallows, a warm drink and sit by the fire with family/friends. Or heck, pitch a tent if you'd like and sleep under the stars!
