WAILEA BEACH CHIC CONDO con vista sull'oceano !!

This review, in NO WAY, reflects our past guests’ experiences. Unfortunately, this guest was a problem from the beginning. Following her booking, she reached out to me several times asking me to lower my rates. She went so far as reaching out to VRBO attempting to get them involved in forcing me to lower my rates. At no point during her stay did she reach out to me and mention any of the problems or concerns she listed in her review. She did send me a message telling me how much she was enjoying her trip. I am available at all times to help our guests with any assistance they may need, as I was for her when she lost her door code and was unable to access the condo. I resent her the information she needed without delay. At the time of check-out, our cleaning crew arrived to start their cleaning and found that not only was the guest not there, but had also not started packing their belongings. She showed up 30 minutes after the check-out time and said their ‘’engagement ran late”. The cleaning crew waited outside for the family to shower and pack up. The cleaning report stated that the entire condo had been left extremely dirty, including food being left out and open in the kitchen. Even with the condition of the condo and food being left out, it was noted not one ant was seen. As a precaution for future guests, we decided to have the condo sprayed to avoid any pests. She mentioned the air conditioning unit was not working correctly. We had the unit professionally inspected, and it was found to be in good working order. We take pride in our home and continually strive for each guest to have a 5-star experience. We truly hope this unfair review does not influence future guest inquiries, but hope instead, by reading all the wonderful reviews we have received, you will choose our home for your stay on Maui.
