I was very happy with the location, away from the busy section of the beach and was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We love the convenient location with the front of the condo to the Gulf and the back of the condo to the bay. Easy to get to both.

The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean. The one big issue we had was that the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. Had to bring in fans to help cool the rooms.

Palm Beach Club was a WIN

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accurate description - really comfortable for 4 adult siblings. Quiet end of beach right before the entrance to Fort Pickens state Park. That is also a great place to visit. I would definitely book there again. We enjoyed going to restaurants - Flounders, The WharfWe also did wine tasting at A curious wine shop in Downtown Pensacola AND went on a dinner sunset cruise. Loved the pool on the property after being on the beach all day. Endless walks on the beach were wonderful - close and able to walk across the road very easily with whatever we needed. Note - there are no beach supplies in the condo - no beach towels, no umbrella or chairs. You can rent- a bit pricey- or buy stuff at Publix or other local vendors - We hope you have as much fun as we did!!!

Love this place!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at this place every year because of its spaciousness and it is always clean!!! The fact that you can walk to the beach side or sound side in just a few minutes is awesome! The only fact that someone needs to know is if you have bad knees and can’t do many stairs, this is not a place for you. There are no restrooms on the main floor.
