The condo was just what we needed. It's on the main road but still a little hard to see where to turn into the parking lot. There is a gas station next door if you get the munchies and you can walk to the beach.

It is a beautiful property with a great location. We loved the short walk to the beach and the fact that the park had a lot of trees for shade, if you wanted it. It was also a really short drive to town, the stores there and the Riverwalk Park.

Not too bad, but not great either

Overall not terrible. TV was a problem and didn’t work. Lighting in bathrooms was dim, one bathroom light in shower was out completely which made it really dark. Run down and surface level clean enough, but dirty in nooks and crannies and dirty washer/dryer. Quite expensive due to extra fees. Location is good, close to everything but not walkable to downtown.

Overall the room was very nice. There was a lot of hair and dirt on the floors and bed and the dishes were not clean, especially the coffee pot. The living room tv did not work and we called the first day to get it fixed. 3 days later and it never got fixed even though they said they would come. The lights in the bathroom were very dim and the kids did not like showering in there. Half the time the codes did not work to the gates and we had to walk around to get to our destination. The amenities like the pool, hot tub and bbq were nice.

Worst experience ever!

Right next to the lake was the ONLY good thing about this stay. Dirty, used towels, dishes, urine stained sheets. No one to help us when we got locked out of the condo all day. Someone changed the code to the door and we couldn’t leave, as we would not be able to get back in. Finally, after all day of sitting in the condo, waiting for help, I called Vrbo (since no one from Vacasa would get back to us) and what do you know, they called someone and we got a code right away. Cleaning crew for other condos said that they saw this type of thing go on all the time with the Vacasa owned condos. Never again!

Urine stained sheets and locked out for hours

At first, all was good, although it took a little while to figure out where the parking was. No instructions. Got into the condo and it seemed clean and the AC worked well. Terrible lighting in the bathrooms! Some lights were out and what was in there was not much more than a night light. Husband took a shower and realized after using and hanging up the towel that it had a big brown stain and lipstick lips on it. Other towels appeared dirty as well. Pulled out a plate and it had egg glued on it still. The sheets in the spare room had yellow urine or sweat stains and there was a long black hair in there. We didn’t use that bed. The next day, my husband took some stuff to the car before we were going to leave to meet up with family for the day, but when he punched in the entry code, it wouldn’t work. Thankfully I was still in the condo. We waited and tried again and still would not work. We called every number there was. I even texted back and forth with Vacasa who had sent a text the day before, asking how we liked the room. That resin was the only one who responded. No one at the number listed for the local management called us back all afternoon. We were stuck in the room all afternoon, with everyone assuring us that “our request” had been listed with the “local team” as urgent. Finally, I called one last 800 number on the Vrbo website, and that person gave us a code that worked. We could finally leave our room and know that we could get back in. We lost our day with family.

Room 309 Disappointing Stay - Not the Standard We Expected

This rental feels purely profit-driven, with no concern for guest comfort. Basic amenities were lacking or substandard. We found no washcloths or tissues, the toilet paper and towels were rough, and the bathroom lighting was terrible with multiple burnt-out bulbs. There was even a dirty hand towel left behind. One of the bedroom TVs didn't work, the blinds were tangled and unusable, and shockingly, the master mattress lacked a cover and had visible urine stains. We also found gum in the carpet. While it appeared superficially clean, these fundamental issues ruined our experience. This was not what we expected, and we're truly disappointed. Our past experience at this complex was much better the condo showed pride in ownership and provided thoughtful extras like welcome snacks, water, and local guides etc, this showed us just how much this unit fell short.

Great place, poor logistics

We love staying here! The location and amenities are great. This time, however, we were locked out of our property, couldn’t use the pool (a big reason we stay here), and there were lights out and technology didn’t work properly. I’ll be requesting a partial refund.

Great location and fair price, could of been cleaner.

The property was as described with a great location and a fair price. The unit could have been cleaner. Cob webs in the corner of the living room and patio areas. The property looked well building looked well maintained and they have carts for carrying luggage. Check in and out process was straight forward as well.

Awesome place.

Location to the lake was great. Had a 6 year old and a 1 year old so it made it easy with being that close to the lake. Also felt very safe during our stay because you needed a code to get into every door at the resort.

Condo is ok. The property management team sent me 3 different codes to the garage before one worked. They left the blinds open so it was super hot in the condo, even with the A/C set at 68 degrees, it took over 24 to get the master bedroom down to a comfortable temperature.

Overall a good place, just tiny opportunities for improvement.

First off, we like to keep reviews positive when we can, and there was definitely plenty of good stuff about this condo! So here are the PROS: Good building, good location, great covered parking in snowy winter a big+, parking space conveniently close to elevator, gas fireplace is fast and powerful, loved the floor to ceiling windows, you get a partial view of the lake, plenty of hot water on demand, Vacasa super responsive/helpful with door code error, and offered good communication throughout. Now, not being overly fussy about the following, but if they worked on these it'd get a 5 star rating instead of 4! CONS: "Cleaning fee" alone is almost $100 per night, and yet you are still required to collect all trash and bring down to the ground floor? Hmmm. Bedding didn't smell super fresh, sheets may have been clean, but don't have confidence they wash the blanket or pad underneath for every guest. And happy there was a coffee machine but would have been good to know that I needed to bring coffee filters beforehand. All said, it's a nice place and we're happy we stayed. Style and vibe are nice and would stay there again possibly.

Great for a family!

Nice feeling as if your home. Has everything you need to cook in the kitchen if you didn’t want to eat out all the time. Also, a grill outside of your private deck. Bed was comfortable as well as the pop out bed in the sofa. The only thing I didn’t like was the deck. It needed to be clean. The light didn’t work on the deck but that probably could of been fix if we ask. And the little bugs that you’ll see flying everywhere at the lake needed to be clean around the window area. And the the swimming pool needed some tlc. But overall it was a comfortable for my family of 5.

Enjoyed out stay. Kids loved the lake. Condo nice size and other that the sofa bed, everything was clean. There was some confusion with our codes but once I was able to speak to the property manager, we were able to get that worked out

Great place to stay!

The condo had everything we needed and more! Was a great getaway for a few nights to allow us to check out Chelan. We'll be back in the summer when it warms up! The electric fireplace was a nice bonus! Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen. Great place.
