Beautiful location. The host and rental company thought of everything we could want. However we did not like the circular tile stairs going down to the bedrooms. A little dangerous for older people with issues. The hot tub with a view was wonderful!

The location of this property was amazing. The views are incredible and it is a quick walk to town. HOWEVER… the pictures in the listing are definitely old. The furniture and all kitchen supplies are very worn. The listing stated that it was a brand new kitchen, it definitely is not! There was no microwave above the stovetop so no vent if you needed to cook. The owner did bring in a smaller countertop microwave. The furniture is very worn and does not match up to the pictures. The armrest had covering on them that were held together by thumbtacks. When we arrived, the temperature of the home was well above 85. The owner was very responsive when we text our concerns. When he turned the kitchen AC unit on, dust flew out everywhere, and he even stated “oh look at that there’s dirt everywhere” yet did nothing about it. There was dog hair and dirt everywhere! The owner offered to come mop the floor that night after we arrived, but it had been a long travel day so we said we’d wait till the next day. The next morning in the daylight showed the extreme amount of filth and dog hair that was in this house. We found another place to stay immediately. I will say the owner and rental company communicated with us immediately. We did receive a partial refund although we only stayed one night. This property has a lot of potential. If the owner would do a little upgrade and hire a good cleaning crew, I think they could definitely do well.

Great Vacation

The villa was in a great location and just a short walk into town. Greg was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants, bars, and activities. We would definitely go back- Cabo is a beautiful town to spend time with friends in.

The house was amazing, would recommend to anybody visiting Cabo. The host of the house was very nice and helpful during our stay. The private Pedregal beach was great for watching the sunset.

Fantastic view and great location

Came here for a little getaway and was not disappointed, place was amazing and owner very hospitable and attentive. Location is great to where you need to go but why leave when you have a private jacuzzi and pool with a spectacular view. Uber only $3 to get to town and when you do, eat at Ponchos on the Marina very great food. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property

We had a great time at Villa La Sheila! Great location! Fabulous view of the marina. Bed and bedding were really nice! We come to Cabo once a year and will def stay there again! Even got to meet Greg and his adorable dog! Great time!

Amazing view in relaxing location

Big windows and a great outdoor area to sunbathe and relax in the pool and tub. Two stories with really big bedrooms. Beds were comfy and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The owner was very friendly and super helpful. The location, perched above the Marina, provided an amazing view. Easy to get into town either walking down or taking Uber (although it's best to take an Uber back up).

We came in from San Diego for a few days and this property was excellent. Greg the owner was very accommodating. Whenever I come to Cabo I take advantage of the chef service. I highly recommend it.The pool was great to lay out in the last day to relax.Great price and value. You won't regret it!

A refined Cabo

Amazing place with a beautiful view of the NL harbor. Lots of privacy and great facilities. The host is super helpful and responsive. The house is in Pedregal, one of Cabo’s best neighborhoods. Great beach and the house is walking distance to town. The best part is the owners dog. We’ll be back.

Villa La Sheila

We had a wonderful week at Villa La Sheila. This villa is in a wonderful location but could use a little love with a good cleaning, new sheets and new drawer liners in the kitchen. Greg was very attentive to problems we had and fixed them promptly.

Pedregal living

Greg,the owner, was very helpful and prompt when we had a couple small issues. Nice short term stay. The spa/pool is very tricky to operate. The home is comfortable, somewhat dated, but totally liveable, close to town, secure, great view both day and night!

Magnificent Cabo views

The Villa overlooks the marina and as such is located on a very steep hillside in Pedregal. One can walk down but not easily uphill, so a car or uber is recommended. Upon arrival the place was a bit dusty, maybe due to the construction in the area, cleaning could be better, and towels and bath mats The owner and Sheila were nice and helpful to get tv's and hotub going. The view alone make up for the price.

Amazing home, very private

WOW, this property could not have been any nicer! The pictures are great, but don’t do justice for this beautiful home. The views are amazing!! We arranged transportation with the concierge that will reach out once you book, pickup at the airport was so easy and our driver made a quick stop for us at the grocery store. The home is an easy 5-8 min walk from the Marina, or a $6 Uber if you don’t want to walk uphill on the way back. The hot tub and pool were well maintained and clean. Beds were comfy as well! Everything was so easy. Greg was very communicative and helpful. We have told our friends about this place and we will certainly be back!
