Great location and size for a group!

This property had everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable. We loved the location to the beach and the extra’s, like the bikes, chairs, and beach games in the garage.

Newport Beach

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were perfect. The beach is beautiful here with lifeguards and not very crowded !My grandchildren ranged from 3-10 yrs old. They had a great time! We would stay here again:)

Family Vacation

Very neat and clean. Great setup for multiple families. AvantStay is wonderful and easy to work with and has GREAT communication from booking through duration of stay.

Family Time

This has been a great vacation for the family. We are from Texas so the OC beach experience was great. Will definitely come back. Property management team were awesome and very responsive.

Spring Break vacation

This was one of our best family vacations. The property was perfect for our needs. Four families with all ages. The property had space and activities for everyone. The bikes were a hit for our teens the board games made fami night fun

Impressive

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as listed, what I was very impressed with was we did have a problem and somebody was there within an hour to take care of it, that’s part of what makes it a wonderful stay, getting things taken care of when needed.

Family Beach Vacay

We had a wonderful stay! The beach house is a perfect location! It’s on the edge of Newport Beach, but far away from all the crowds! Our side of the beach was quiet and clean and enjoyable! Easy to get in and out of! We loved the beach house! The beds were the best we have ever slept on, ever! The home was well stocked and very cute, styled well! Thank you for a lovely family vacation! It accommodated a large group easily!

November in Newport

This property was very clean and well stocked. It is modern and up to date-seems recently remodeled or built. Beds were very comfortable. Just a few steps to a huge beach and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Parking was a bit of a challenge but a nearby street was available most of the time.

Excellent House and Location!

We were a three generation family of 8 who stayed in both units. The property was immaculate and very well stocked. It was easy to find, easy to check in/out, and just steps from the beach. No crossing the PCH which was huge bonus. We could walk to stores and restaurants. The house came with lots of amenities including beach chairs, towels, beach toys and bikes. Had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Beautiful, large two unit space to be together again. Life has taken our family far away from each other for many years. This was the perfect venue to be together! And active ~Spike ball at the beach & wow what waves! Magnificent ocean !

Fantastic Experience

The property is spectacular and turnkey with every possible amenity you could hope for in a beachside property. Beach cruiser bikes, Tommy Bahama chairs, loads of body boards, Spike ball, smashball, sand toys, plenty of beach towels and a fantastic location. Incredibly comfortable beds and easy to operate technology. Oh, and don't forget the most important thing for it's location, CONVENIENT PARKING! Thank you team for a fantastic experience!

Newport July Getaway

The property is sizable and modern. The garage fit our suburban which is not always guaranteed. There were perks than were not mentioned on the official listing - bikes, coolers, beach chairs and more. It was steps to the sand.

Really mixed feelings about our stay here. We rented both units ("buy-out") for a week, 4 kids and 7 adults.My overall impression was of two homes that are simply treated as an investment, managed from afar, with no one really present to ensure they are kept up to the standards they should be.A non-comprehensive list of issues in no particular order:1) half of the toaster is broken - to their credit, the Avantstay agent (maybe AI?) offered to buy a new one but we made due. It's just an example of something that should not be an issue in a place at this price point.2) the microwave above the stove is broken - so they just crammed another microwave back in the far kitchen corner, rather than fix the one above the stove.3) 2 stair railings fell off - this they did send someone to fix.4) The dishwasher is not attached to the counter, so constantly tipping over. They sent someone to fix, but the "fix" lasted like 12 hours.5) 2 outlets with broken face plates in the master bed upstairs - again, so easy to fix, just need someone onsite to know about these items.6) mold in washer, shower, lots of fruit flies, the garbage situation is disgusting in the alleyThere are a ton of beach items in the garage, many are broken. Also not nearly enough towels (bath/kitchen) for houses of this size.The location is amazing, and the houses have a ton of potential. They just need regular maintenance and a management company that is much more engaged.

Amazing property on Newport Beach!

We had an amazing time at this property! The house is two units, which gave us plenty of space. The house is beautifully designed and decorated and only one house away from the beach - truly felt like a luxury vacation! The house was stocked with everything we needed and there were even extra beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes to use in the garage. The only trouble we had was the bottom unit was difficult to lock with the keypad, so we had to use the hard key from the lockbox sometimes. But overall a really great stay!

Thanksgiving Family renunion

Great location. Bright and clean. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchens. Just a few kinks. Empty shower gel bottles in two bathrooms. TV was very challenging to operate. No tissue boxes and the toilet paper was very low quality. I would stay there again but bring my own products.
