Questa è una casa nuova di zecca - appena terminata a maggio!

Siamo in grado di ospitare comodamente 10 persone nella casa principale, abbiamo anche un altro rimorchio da viaggio di 30 piedi sul posto con una camera da letto e divano letto che può ospitare altri 4 ospiti.

La casa è stata completamente arredata con tutti i nuovi servizi e mobili in tutto compreso una lavatrice / asciugatrice, nuovo frigorifero con ghiaccio tritato e acqua, lavastoviglie, caffettiera, posate e stoviglie completamente fornite (piatti / bicchieri di carta opzionali ecc.) E un grande TV a schermo piatto.

La camera da letto principale ha un bagno separato con una grande vasca angolare per il vostro divertimento e una doccia separata. Ci sono anche altri 2 bagni all'interno della casa con vasca / doccia in ciascuno.

La proprietà è completamente sicura con un cancello elettrico (codice disponibile prima dell'arrivo) Si prega di notare che la strada di guida curva intorno alla proprietà in modo che la parte posteriore si trova di fronte al lato della strada e la porta anteriore verso la recinzione posteriore.

Solo 30 miglia lungo Bell Vista Rd verso la Death Valley. Le attrazioni locali includono la cantina e la pista.

Great value & location

This is the fourth time that I've rented this house. It is convenient to Staccato Vegas. The house is well stocked and maintained. David, the owner, is great to work with and very responsive.

Very convenient location for my visit

Huge house, lots of beds, very tidy and driveway and parking very secure. I enjoyed my stay. This is a great gateway location for visiting Death Valley, especially if you have a large group. Plenty of parking for several vehicles.

Awesome Place to Stay

Our family loves this place. It’s a mobile home but really spacious. Owner David a his two dogs (a Husky and a Rottweiler) live right outside on the property, but they are all super nice and even our kids played with his dogs! We will be back for sure if available when we decide to come back!

Property is clean and spacious. It is peaceful and quiet, as long as you have no issues with the early morning rooster. The location has you at right about an hour away from Las Vegas, Red Rocks, and Death Valley. This makes for a good base camp location to visit those areas. And gas is also cheaper in Pahrump than in Death Valley or Vegas.

Very clean and spacious, great owner.

The wife and I stayed here while competing in a Chili Cook-off over the weekend. The owner was very prompt in all correspondence. We added some friend of ours and their 7 month old at the last minute and owner quickly accommodated our need with the added people and nights. The home was very spacious and easily gave us all the space we needed with comfort. I would highly recommend this property if you need the space.

Deceptively lovely house

This place looks rundown from the outside but is truely lovely on the inside. It's an enormous house with lots of nice fluffy towels and good beds. It's fairly isolated but less then 10 minutes to drive to a supermarket, so it's nice and quiet

Beautiful home! My kids and grandkids, 9 total came to dinner and visit, there was plenty of room. The bed was comfy and towels were soft!! Found everything I needed to cook and bake cookies❤️The owner was very nice too. We will be back!!!

Clean Eclectic Spacious

We booked a last minute stay for a couple of nights in Pahrump and this property popped up. It is a little out of the way and in a rural-ish setting but don't let the outside fool you. This house is large, clean and comfortable. Our host, Dave, made sure we were comfortable and introduced us to his two dogs (who are optionally loose at the customer's preference). Overall, I recommend this property, especially if you have a larger group. Oh, and the price is right!!

Amazing place to stay! David was really nice, the properly squeaky clean and so spacious! We really enjoyed the space and the area which was very calm. Also a great location to get to death valley (30mins to an hour, as close as it gets!) Highly recommend and would stay again!

This house doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is incredible. This house is huge! The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need. There is a laundry room. There were a lot of board games (if that's your thing).The one thing that wasn't great for this city girl was the rooster next door. It definitely took some getting use to it crowing at 4am. If my travels bring me back to the area. I will definitely try and book this place.
