E a circa 15 minuti dal lago di Mohave, a 5 minuti di distanza dal fabbro super mercato ottimo perché stare in un hotel quando si può stare in una casa. 5 minuti al molo vicino al fiume 90 minuti dalla striscia di Las Vegas.

House hunting

Stayed here on a quick trip to house hunt. Place was clean and very spacious. We only had one issue which is that the oven did not work. Other than that, was a great place to stay. Excellent location

Gods location. Quiet neighborhood.

Ramon made everything go smoothly. Had some wild weather swings from cold to hot and was comfortable throughout.

Lake trip

Rented this property for our annual family lake trip. House setup was great and was a perfect fit for our family. When we arrived it was so hot and it took a while for the A/C to cool the house down but we went out for a while and when we got back it was much better. Other than that it was great. That k you Ray for allowing is to rent out your property.

Smelled like sulfur

The check-in process was easy. Upon arrival we noticed a strong smell. I contacted the owner immediately. He had a plumber come out the following day, but not without disruption of our vacation. We were asked to stay there to allow the plumbers access. The owner agreed to accommodate me with a 5 day complimentary stay at a later date but now wont return the communication. He did not KEEP HIS WORD! I will be contacting Vrbo directly. The house was clean and the very few appliances worked. Make sure you bring everything you need for cooking, showering and washing because there is nothing complementary here.

Good in some aspects and bad in others.

Ok for just me and spouse since master bedroom king bed was OK. The other beds mattresses were impossible to sleep on. MY COMPANY HAD TO LEAVE AND GET A HOTEL ROOM much to my embarrassment. Owner had just replaced the master mattresses but not the remaining beds. The rest of the house and stay were fine. The owner was very nice but the sleeping situation but a big negative on the stay.

Perfect for our needs

Stayed here with 3 friends. We were fishing in a local tournament and this property gave each of us our own bed and bedroom. The house was a bit warm when we got there but cooled off nicely once the air was turned on. There is also one bedroom that heats up during the day but there is a fan to help draw cool air into that room. This property was perfect for our needs and we will want to stay here again.

Home away from home

We had a very nice stay. We received instructions from Ray regarding check-in and had no issues accessing the property. Instructions for the property and wifi access are on the wall. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property has very good AC. It just takes a while for it to cool the house down but once it does, it's nice and cool. We will be looking to book again, if available.
