Goditi questo bellissimo 2810 piedi quadrati, tre camere da letto, tre bagni e mezzo, condominio situato in The Cove in Park Meadows. L'unità è a cinque-dieci minuti di auto da Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, Racquet Club e shopping a Kimball Junction. Questa unità è stata recentemente rinnovata e riverniciata, con nuovi mobili, elettrodomestici, moquette e decorazioni d'interni. Splendida vista sulle montagne dal soggiorno e sul ponte anteriore. Accogliente, il luogo ideale per la tua settimana bianca.

La nostra vasca idromassaggio all'aperto è direttamente accessibile dalla camera da letto principale e dal soggiorno, si affaccia sul retro della proprietà ed è completamente privata e fuori dalla vista pubblica. Due box auto con apriporta garage remoto. L'unità può ospitare otto ed è ideale per due famiglie.

Le camere sono dotate di bagno privato e c'è una stanza in polvere extra. I letti sono belli e confortevoli (un letto king size, un letto queen size e due letti a castello). La cucina è completamente equipaggiata. Tutti gli apparecchi sono nuovi. C'è anche un ampio soppalco con una scrivania per chi in famiglia potrebbe aver bisogno di lavorare durante la vacanza. L'unità dispone di TV via cavo, lettori DVD e accesso a Internet a banda larga wireless e diretto.

La piscina condominiale e i campi da tennis si trovano direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'unità e il trailhead per i percorsi per mountain bike di Park City è immediatamente dietro l'unità.

Just to let you know, summers are incredible in Utah and there is so much to do in the Park City area. The community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts are across the street from our unit. There is a trailhead literally behind our home for hiking and mountain biking. We still have dates available!

The home was beautiful. My wife & daughter loved it. It is very spacious, high beam ceilings, jacuzzi, hot tub, and a great view of Park City Ski Resort from the outside deck.

Annual Ski Vacation

The accommodations were fantastic. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Park City area to consider staying here. Spacious, clean, well stocked, and great location near the Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley.

Fantastic Accommodations

What a fantastic place to stay. Every room had a bathroom that was very well stocked! We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We will be staying here again!

Great Stay

This property was clean, well maintained and nicely located 15 mins from anywhere you would want to go around Park City. I would absolutely stay there again and found all direction from the owner/property manager to be seamless on check-in and check-out.

Great Place in Park City

Had a great stay here. Huge condo with provate hot tub, close to liquor and grocery stores and easy access to a trail head. House was very comfortable and clean. We highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and looks very similar to the photos. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner and soap bars. Everything around the house was neatly labeled with instructions. We would recommend this place and stay again!

Awesome stay in Park City

This is a great home with lots of space and amenities. We have stayed here several times while skiing in Park City and have loved it every time. Short drive to resort. Beautiful and quiet location. Will continue to stay here as long as it is available.

Family vacation

We enjoyed cooking meals in the spacious kitchen. Appreciated the private hot tub and three bedrooms and baths. Plenty of privacy for adult kids!

It is indeed a spacious home and the fact that it is split in different levels is very convenient for one or two families to feel very comfortable. Each bedroom has its full bathroom and ample closet space. We are in an ideal location for both winter and summer. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain biking are within walking distance. Conveniently located across the street of the community facilities to enjoy the swimming pool and tennis courts in the summer.

Great property

This property has so much to offer. Plenty of room to spread out and come together for dinners and family time. Very well organized and clean. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with beautiful views

It had everything we needed and then more! Great location - so close to all things in Old and New Park City. The trail right behind the house was a bonus! Lots of space for everyone to spread out and the kitchen size was nice! We would go back, for sure!

Hello Thomas, that is what is so special about the location of our condo. In winter, we have cross country skiing and hiking within walking distance to the condo. In the summer, the area is a great place for mountain biking and, of course, hiking. There is not that much traffic, hence, we enjoy clean air. Added to that, the community swimming pool and tennis courts are located across the street from our doorstep. We love it here!
