Fun in Rincon

Nice location, very quiet and private. Everything we needed on site. Pool was a nice retreat from the beach during the afternoon hours. Close to all the surf breaks and restaurants.

Phenomenal property! Amazing views! Wonderful location!

Five stars to the host and caretaker of this property! Accommodating, responsive, helpful and kind. The caretaker, Rob was present and responsive but not intrusive. His recommendations for beaches and restaurants were “spot on”. Our host was gracious about our timing. Highly recommend the property. We had a phenomenal time with our friends and family.

Repeat visit-still amazing

This was our second time at the property, and just as before, the property was immaculate, private, and quiet. This property was trully a gem, and we will definitely be staying again. The on site property manager is such a nice touch, not that we needed anything, it’s just nice to know he’s available!

Amazing property

Really clean and quiet. The added benefit of having the property manager on site is an added piece of mind. Really appreciated the perks including the new propane grill! I'm really looking forward to staying here again.

Christmas Break in Paradise

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It's two famlies one rents the house the other the apartment. The location is perfect we can walk to the beach or take a short drive to chase the waves. Rob (the house manager) is great! The pool is perfect for post beach hang out. It's the perfect end to the year for us!!

Beautiful home

Overall we had an amazing time at this location. If you wanted to, you could stay in the home and enjoy the space and the pool without travel. The food near the space was amazing and the people in the neighborhood were welcoming. Rob was attentive and I was always able to communicate with him as well as he communicated with us whenever he needed to inform us of something. I would recommend this space to anyone who is looking for a slice of island life with privacy. Thank you for such a great experience

We love staying in Rincon and especially enjoy Puntas and Sandy Beach. This is our second time at Casa de los Tres Soles and the property is just great. Very Clean, quiet, and convenient to all of our favorite restaurants, bars, beaches and the marina! We will be back, But not soon enough!

Home away from home

It was wonderful to be back in Puntas at Tres Soles, our home away from home. We were delighted with the apartment's new furniture and appliances, making it even more comfortable. Best of all, we reconnected with our friends, the property owners. Great place! Highly recommend.

The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. The pool and patio was awesome. It is a very short walk up the hill from the beach with ocean views. We will definitely stay here next time we come. It is even better than the pictures show.

Great overall experience

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the ACs worked great. It was very private and quiet. Would definitely book this again...next time for a longer stay!

Amazing Sandy Beach Getaway!!!

First and foremost, Robert, who manages the property, was super helpful and definitely went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay!!! We can’t thank him enough! Tres Soles is an incredible property located in the heart of Sandy Beach and just a short walk to all the local, popular spots. The property is roomy, with high ceilings, plenty of light, incredible pool and deck, and amazing views. It was a real treat to stay at Tres Soles and we are already planning our next trip back as soon as possible. 5 stars for everything!!!

Wonderful stay

Amazing property. This property have everything you’ll need. Great location, beautiful views, nice pool, full equipped kitchen.. only thing I would recommend is that it would be nice if the living room had shades/curtains for more privacy… Besides that, I would definitely stay again.
