We also want to note that this has never been an issue at this home or at any of the other properties we manage, but we are so sorry this was something you experienced during your stay. Regarding the kitchen supplies, our inspections team conducts a thorough inventory check prior to every arrival, but we sincerely apologize if they missed the absence of spoons on this occasion. We would have been happy to deliver additional utensils during your stay had we been made aware. Since your departure, the kitchen inventory has been fully evaluated and restocked as needed. We are also sorry to learn that you felt $50 was a disappointing refund. Please know that this amount reflects over half of the rent for the evening and was offered as a gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience.
