200 piedi dalla sabbia! Questo grande e bellissimo cottage ha il fascino vintage di una casa sul lago con aggiornamenti per rendere il vostro soggiorno più confortevole. Cosa distingue questa casa? Ha un'incredibile zona soggiorno-pranzo aperta che consente a TUTTI gli ospiti di mangiare e riunire tutti nello stesso spazio! Scommetto che nessun'altra casa a questo prezzo può offrirlo! Ha anche un'altra area TV / giochi nel seminterrato quando vuoi un po 'di tempo lontano dai bambini.

18 posti letto in totale in letti con qualche divano in più o macchie sul pavimento se porti materassi ad aria. Perfetto per più famiglie. 2 Master Suite! Il piano superiore ha un nuovo lussuoso letto matrimoniale, bagno privato, terrazzo privato schermato, tende oscuranti ed è isolato dalle altre stanze al piano superiore. Maestro 1 ° piano ha un letto matrimoniale e il proprio bagno privato. 6 camere da letto e 5 bagni in totale. Uno dei bagni ha una vasca. Controlla gli schemi nella sezione immagine per vedere come è strutturata la casa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, piatti, ecc. È disponibile una culla pieghevole di dimensioni standard che può essere spostata in qualsiasi stanza. Vista del Lago Michigan dal 2 ° piano! Seminterrato finito con un letto matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli, bagno e un'entrata extra dall'esterno per spazzolare tutta la sabbia nel mudroom! Godetevi il ponte posteriore sotto gli alberi ombra mentre grigliate sul grill a gas di grandi dimensioni. Intero sistema WiFi della casa con Roku su tutte le TV. Good communication with host. They repaired a broken ac unit. Beds aren’t super comfortable which ended up being a big detractor for us. It was easy to work with the host and the location was perfect. It required more of guests than many other rentals we have stayed at upon check out.

Family Fun

We enjoyed the location - just a short 1 minute walk to the beach. Home has a very comfy feeling and was perfect for our large group!

Great little neighborhood, Not too much yard space but you're right next to a beautiful beach. Plenty of room for dining and relaxing. Casual house perfect for family.

Fourth of July fun!

Our whole family stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend and had a wonderful stay. The common spaces were perfect for game playing, but still enough room for everyone to sit comfortably. The proximity to the beach was great and we all appreciated not having to fight traffic and find parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion beach stay

Such a fantastic home to spend the holiday with 3 generations of family. Andy and Amy are the most lovely people to share their dream beach home with others. House is even better in person than any picture could show.

When you're carrying beach chairs/lunch & children nothing beats this lovely home that is LITERALLY steps from the beach. We have a large family. This house was terrific.

Absolutely GREAT!!!

Plenty of room for our family. The people who rent this are fantastic! This is our third straight year to come here and we will do it again next year. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is …so close to the beach, plenty of room, two large tables to eat at, plenty of sofas and chairs… everything is just fantastic!

Beautiful home and close to the beac!

We loved his home. There was enough space for everyone to have their own space at any point if the day. The home was very nice and right next to the beach. We loved everything about it!

Nice large house in a great location

Comfortable, casual house just half a block from the beach. Place was just as described and host was easy to work with (although not always timely in responses). Definitely recommend.

Wonderful family trip!

The house met our needs very well...lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The crib was great to have! The kitchen is not very big, and we had 11 people but we made do. Very easy access to the beach...a 2 minute walk! We loved the screened porch at night!

Our family had a great time! We had a large group-8 adults, 9 kids…plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Cannot beat the short distance to the beach! Kitchen is very small, but we made it work. We could have definitely used a second refrigerator, maybe in the basement for drinks to take to the beach. House was well-stocked, layout is kind of odd, but no complaints. We had a great time!

Great Space for Family Vacation!

This home was perfect for a large family group. Our family got together for some summer time together. The location right at the beach was wonderful, it was a very easy walk to the water each day. The basement was stocked with beach towels and chairs and everything you could need. The rooms provide a lot of sleeping space for a large group. The large dining tables assured everyone had a seat. Overall we had a wonderful time, definitely going to ear mark this location for future trips!

Wonderful location!

The property was located so close to the beach! We loved that! It's a little older than what it appears in the photos, but it fit our family well and everyone enjoyed it. The kitchen is small. The basement bathroom was buggy. Overall, though we enjoyed our stay!!

Great location, close to beach, clean, easy check in. Family had a great time!

Overall everything was great. Plenty of room for the whole family. Everything we needed was available in the home. Walk to the beach was easy & close. Hard time with internet, kept having to reset router daily. Very limited cell service.

Great for a group!

Perfect location and property for a large group. House has plenty of space for people to sleep. Great first floor great room. Steps to the beach. Only negative was Kitchen is very small which made for tight cooking for a group. Great outdoor screened in patio off upstairs master. We called it the VIP lounge: Perfect for after dinner lounging!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay with my big family. We ranged in age from 1-68 and everyone had a comfortable bed and no problem finding a bathroom near every bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans and any other kitchen item you might need. There is an easy walk to the beach and a walkway that made pulling a wagon and pushing a stroller easy. The beach is gorgeous. I definitely recommend this beautiful home that easily accommodates 18 people.

Great location and house for a large group!

This was a great house for a family get together of 16 people! The location is great - quick and easy access (really couldn't be any closer) to a beautiful Lake Michigan beach. Cute neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The kitchen is small and the bathrooms could use to be updated but nothing that impacted our stay negatively. We had 7 adults and 9 kids ranging from 1-16 and there were plenty of beds and easy sleeping space. Owner/Property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. We would rent this house again!

Family Beach Weekend

I stayed here with my siblings, their spouses and our 13 children. This house was perfect-it was SO close to the beach…literally a 2 minute walk to the sand and another 3 minutes to get to the waterfront. The mudroom was perfect to dump all the towels, chairs, sand toys and keep the rest of the house clean. The dining area has 3 tables so plenty of space to sit and eat. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms making it ideal for a large group so everyone had their own space. The neighborhood was cute, clean and safe.
