The view was fantastic! Very lovely and comfortable home to stay in for a few days. My only complaint is that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

It was perfect condo for my two little boys and I. I didnt want anything too fancy for the sake of worrying my boys would ruin something but had everything we needed. Also not far from stores and restaurants.

It is very nice place to stay. Great location. Just expensive since it was the Seaside volleyball tournament week. They really get you on price that week, but the whole town does so what do you do.

Wonderful condo with beautiful view of ocean. We loved that we could walk to shops and was close to everything. When it was raining, our time in the condo was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Screen on patio door is torn loose at bottom. Dining chairs are dirty / stained. Kitchen appliances and cooking amenities are good. Reply to my voice mail took a bit more than 24 hours.

Everything was good and clean, great walking distance to the beach. We were able to see the ocean and wave come in from dining area on first floor. Bed & sofas were comfortable. Downfalls: need to add additional curtains to cover any additional light that comes in in the mornings. Went to get a blanket and sand came out of it. Everytime I went to use the elevator to go down it took forever so had to use stairs with bad knees. Need pillowcases.

The location/access to shops and beach is outstanding! Would prefer a higher floor, as you can barely see the water, due to the berm. We've stayed at Seaside Beach Club in other units for many years and love it here. The unit was very clean and had what we needed. Even had a "Keurig-like" coffee maker as well as a regular one. I would recommend an extra curtain panel on each window in the main room, as you can see light coming through between where each of the panels meet. Also better instructions on the TV use is needed (not that we watched much). The wall bed was pretty uncomfortable, but easy to set up. Overall the stay was great...would have given a 5, but these other minor issues lowered it a little.

Beach front doesn't always mean you can see the surf, but you can here! plenty of surf and beach views!, included in the kitchen is a keurig and another coffee maker,crockpot, all needed cookery, dish washer. This is a corner unit so you have nice views off the side of the house also! There is a patio out front with 2 chairs and a little table, and 4 or so really old fold up beach chairs to bring down to the beach. there are 2 large yards that are fenced that is shared with the other units with gates to get to the promenade and then immediate beach access from there. 2 bathrooms, each with hair dryer,large shower in the guest bathroom and a shower/bathtub in the master bedroom bathroom. It is an older unit, so not super fancy which is why we like it, it is very comfortable for a family to stay in, no carpets, just rugs, easy to clean as you go. there are washer/dryers on site, they are each 1.50 in quarters and at the bottom of the stairs. this condo is up one flight of stairs.They have a cupboard in the kitchen with some games. a 6 seater table in the livingroom along with 3 stools at the kitchen bar. The location is only a couple blocks down the Promenade from the Seaside Turnaround, so just a fantastic location. Large wall TV in the livingroom and one in the master bathroom.Overall this is a super cute larger one bedroom unit, sleeps 6, 2 in bedroom, 2 in murphy bed, 2 with couch foldout.

Our favorite part was the location. Right out the door to the beach and just a short walk to the aquarium. The couches are incredibly comfortabke and induced more than one unexpected nap.

Can see the ocean from the living room!

Great stay, close to everything! Murphy bed in living room was a surprise as I didn’t see it in the pictures but the kids loved it!

Beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back to this unit. The condo could use some updates. A new mattress and bedding would be nice.

Nice place, great location

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It us an older building, but had updates inside the condo. Having second full bathroom was cery convenient. Murphy bed was not very comfortable would be the only negative. Location was great, host was great. They didnt have anyone checking in after us so graciously let us have late check out. Would definitely stay again.

I was very pleased with the property. A little outdated but that is ok. It was clean, has an ocean view, cost was reasonable, and 2 bathrooms. Perfect.

Location!

Great location! We parked our cars for the weekend - didn’t need them since we could walk to everything. Only negative is that there are not enough curtain panels in the living room to block out the sun from waking up those sleeping on the murphy bed and pull out couch.

Seaside beach vacation

Awesome visit. When hot water heater wasn’t working I received a very quick response on solutions which fixed the issue right away! Very responsive and great overall location to beach and activities. House is a bit outdated and the shades in the bedroom are falling apart. Would be great with addition of some curtains in the bedroom and a fan or two to circulate the air.

Updates are in the works and we removed the vertical blinds and replaced with grommet curtains that can also be used for room darkening. Owners are planning on updates in the near future additionally. Thank you and glad you enjoyed your stay. We welcome you back anytime!

Oceanfront Getaway

We were wanting a condo fronting on the Seaside promenade and were extremely pleased with this unit, which was steps away from the beach and just a few blocks from the downtown restaurants and stores. The condo had recently received new flooring, paint and artwork, which was especially enjoyable. The bed was comfortable as were the couches. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking The unit is dated but well maintained, clean and is being upgraded. Great value for the money and we would definitely come back!

Seaside Condo

Our room got switched last minute which was fine but the following morning I walked in paint when I left the place. There was no warning that they would be painting the whole area in front of our door blocking us in. The room was nice, right by the beach, easy walk to town.
