This little flat is the perfect location! Owner is very communicative and helpful. The flat is small and older, but it has so much character. It is quite noisy as it's location is near lots of restaurants/pubs and police so bring white noise.

This was a wonderful apartment in a perfect location to see San Francisco. The host was extremely responsive and helpful to any and all questions, From this spot you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf or The ferry terminal in 15-20 minutes, or walk a block to catch a bus or cable car. There are also countless cafe's in Little Italy, or a short walk to the heart of chinatown. We were sight-seeing in San Francisco, and it was the perfect location for my family. If you are staying in the city, I highly recommend staying here.

The property has a great location, easy to walk the city and see the best spots, the hostess was gracious and very communicative! Highly recommend this lovely apartment!

This cool downtown apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and there was plenty of room for my family of 5. Sara made sure our check-in process was smooth and she had some great recommendations for things to do while we were in town. The location was amazing - we could walk to all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and theaters. Highly recommend seeing a show at Club Fugazi, which is literally across the street! We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to tons of great restaurants and bars. The rooms were super cool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved staying here and would definitely come back. Thank you!

I had to book something last-minute for work, and found this listing for a good rate in SanFran. It was like a home away from home, perfect, and better than a hotel. The host was very friendly and was prompt with communication. I have saved this property and will book this place again if I or anyone needs to visit SF in the future.

Great location. I was surprised about how quiet the bedrooms were. Tons of nice places to eat a short walk away. Comfy beds. Well equipped. The bathroom is off the kitchen.

Weekend in SF

Was the perfect spot to stay during the weekend! Location was close to North Beach and the property manager was always available to answer any questions and provide a smooth checkin and checkout! Will definitely use this property again!

We had a great time with family. Sara went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was clean. She provided great instructions for check in and very useful recommendations for the area. The best host we have ever had.

This was a perfect stay for 3 friends. The house was very comfortable and inviting for socializing. It was centrally located in North Beach/Chinatown. And Sara, the host, went above and beyond to make our trip special. I highly recommend this rental

Perfect Hideaway in a Perfect Location

This is a real hidden gem in the heart of North Beach. Everything you need within a couple of blocks and easy walk to many SF attractions and landmarks, from China Town to the Wharf. Super comfy apartment in a calm alley gives you all the conveniences of being a local, combined with the excitement of being a traveler. The host met us personally and was extremely kind and helpful.

Great Option For Group Employee Travel

I sent my team to stay for an event at Pier 39 and compared to the hotel night per room pricing nearby this is a wonderful option with plenty of space for each team member. Great communication with the owner and we would send them there again. :)

Great location. Sara was very easy to communicate with. In fact, she got in touch with me to let me know we were free to check in early. However, the kitchen was lacking. There was a huge pot on top of the fridge but not a regular sized pot to boil spaghetti. We found baking dishes but they were dirty and had to be rewashed. There were paint cans on top of the fridge which was odd. When looking out the window from the shower, the back porch stairs were pilled with junk. A drawer under the bunk bed had crumpled tissues inside.

Family trip to SF

This VRBO is a great place to stay. Walking distance to the pier. Lots of restaurants, coffee places nearby. The apartment building is a piece of SF history and the interior highlights the artistry of its owners with beautiful handcrafted cabinets, furniture and art work. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds comfortable. Sara is helpful, accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Harry Potter fans!

Came here with a group of 8 + a baby to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Had a blast! Great location, walking distance from tons of food. We tried to eat at Mama’s for breakfast but the wait was insane on a Sunday so ended up eating maybe the most delicious food I’ve had at Park Tavern! Definitely would recommend this VRBO!!!!!

Sara knocked it out of the park with her fabulous home! I booked her property the weekend before my fiancé’s 30th birthday and we had some of his friends fly in and surprise him. It was the perfect place for a reunion of loved ones and the fact that there are so many wonderful eateries nearby enhanced the experience. We were able to go get coffee in the morning and bar hop at night with ease. Sara’s home provided comfort for us all — from the cleanliness to the amenities, it was wonderful. Sara was very easy to reach in case I needed anything so I thank her for such a wonderful weekend!
