The condo was perfect! There were 5 of us & everyone had a bed. It was clean with adequate dishes for cooking. Loved that it was within a nice walking distance to the grocery store.

We booked a last minute trip to disney which was helpful in our rating. The place was spacious as descibed however it wasn't the cleanest upon arrival. There was hair in dresser and in bed sheets along with all in the front of the washer. We had a very hard time locking the front door the last 2 days. The elevator only worked when going up from first floor but wont come back up to the 2nd floor so someone would have to go down and press the button to go to the 2nd floor if we needed it to go down. The place was extremely hard to find with navigation but the map was slightly helpful. The bed in master bedroom is not comfortable, squeaky along with multiple stains. The worst part is, whatever detergent (terro?)was left for us to use stained multiple clothing we have thats going to cost over 100 to rebuy. Was about 30 mins from every park.

The property was better than expected. Clean, fully stocked with necessities, and lots of room. The property was great as parking was easy, pool was lovely and easy to access. Stores were close by. Only thing is, I'd say it is "closeish" to Disney, the drive was very do-able and for what we got with the property it was worth it. We had to drive there and back multiple times through the day and it took a little chunk of the day. If you're going there and back just once, it would be great.

We had a great stay! The Condo was great. As advertised. Very spacious. Close to the pool and grills. The ground maintenance staff did an excellent job. Daily taking care of the pool area and cleaning the grills. We enjoyed the area which is very close to shops.The owner and his contact for his Condo management company were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to us.It was very relaxing! We can't wait to return next year!

This condo was just as described. Disney was about 30-45 min away depending on the park and traffic. It was nice to get away from the hustle of Disney. The pool was fantastic, and there were 2! Could use a couple updates, as the couch is well worn in. The patio views are great for watching people. We did not utilize the gym. There were plenty of towels to use and cycle through. Just make sure for your stay you bring extra things such as garbage bags and toilet paper!

Great place!

We stayed in this condo for a month and it was wonderful. Easy access to property, grocery, Disney, everything!! Condo was comfortable and quiet during our stay. We'd definitely stay here again!!

Nice quiet place.

Had a nice stay, quiet and clean and relaxing. We arrived late at night and had no issues. Fun stay. A bit of a drive to Universal but that was expected.

Short drive to Disney. Very clean and quiet complex. Pool was well maintained and perfect for a relaxing day. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for a family of 4

Quiet comfy getaway

This rental is attractive with comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings. It’s located in a quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants within a very short distance. And not too far from all the theme parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in and communication with both host and property management was excellent. We were grateful for the bbq utensils and the great lanai to enjoy our morning coffee.

Amazing stay!!

It was our second stay at this beautiful condo.It's very clean, nicely appointed with all the essentials and within walking distance to groceries store (Publix), restaurants, etc..Love the balcony, very private with stunning views of the pool and all it's surroundings. Amazing times and looking forward to our next stay.

Nice apartment, had everything we needed. Owner Ryan was quick to answer any questions we had prior to arrival. Good sized pool, nice gym. Would definitely come back

Best place I've stayed! Great lovation for northeast rec park (NERP) or even lake myrtle sports park

The space is amazing. Pool is in the middle of the property. Has everything you need. Right behind publix as well. Super comfortable for up to 4 people.
