Splendida casa 5 camere da letto Conesus Lake. Splendide vedute sul lato tramonto del lago con brezze pomeridiane. Guarda il tramonto dalla terrazza all'aperto. Gli aggiornamenti sono continui in tutta la casa. Bagno principale è completamente ristrutturato.
Ogni camera ha un tema classico, sud-ovest, in vimini bianco, sport, pesce. Questa casa è impostato per la vostra vacanza divertente. Bacino, piattaforma da bagno, pedalò, 3 kayak, giubbotti di salvataggio. Portate i vostri canne da pesca per la pesca. Un biliardino è coperta per tenere occupati i bambini in una giornata piovosa.

Se avete bambini, centro di divertimento Minnehans è a 10 minuti di distanza con un ristorante, go kart, gabbie di battuta, e mini golf. Un cinema drive-in locale, è a soli 15 minuti di distanza.

Per mangiare c'è il Hook and Spoon e il Beachcomber sul lago e poi il ristorante Ember in Livonia con un'eccellente fattoria da mangiare al tavolo. Goditi una giornata di degustazione di vini nei Finger Lakes e goditi un pranzo al lago o una cena fresca locale dopo.

Tim’s place was perfect for our annual Fall fishing trip. He was very communicative leading up to it and even helped us arrange for a boat to rent. Definitely would rent from him again!

Great spot on the east side of conesus. House was very spacious, yard is nice with a great firepit and dock. Lots of spaces for reading, games and memory making. Our girls weekend for 7 was a huge success.

Tim was so communicative and an excellent host! Our family weekend trip was spectacular! The check in process was very straightforward. We arrived to a spotless home and a lovely local bottle of wine along with a gift certificate to a local hotspot. This was the perfect home for my family and we will 10000% be booking again.

The view was spectacular! The house had everything we needed and more! So many towels, games & everything in the kitchen. The sitting and dining areas were great- there was more than enough room for everyone!

Everything about Tim's lake house was perfect. Location, parking, views, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, updated bathroom, wifi, firepit, deck, etc. Great place for 4-6 adults and/or a couple of families. Very reasonable nightly rate. Definitely will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Tim’s property. The house was perfect for our needs and the lake was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and well appointed would definitely rent again.

Wonderful lake view. Enjoyed the fire pit on our last night. Restaurant recommendations and gift certificates left for them were great! We especially enjoyed breakfast at the Little Lake Brewery (twice!). There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable in the house. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house.

The best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. Loved the extras- all bathroom and beach towels, all bedding, laundry soap, dish soap, games, listing of activities and places to eat close by. We are looking forward to staying here again.

The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The fireplace, paddle boat and kayaks were a nice touch to the fun activities of the lake too. We were confused when we found the clean bed sheets folded over the comforters of the beds for us to set them up when we first arrived but it is probably a habit for VRBO. I’m used to mattresses already having sheets on before guests arrive.Nonetheless, 10/10 experience overall!

Everything was great! The place was clean and welcoming! Just one small suggestion: we didn’t mind doing the extra bit of cleaning, but dong it all before 10 is a bit early. Maybe change the checkout time to at least 11? 5 bedrooms with sheets and all towels washed and dried takes some time.Other than that we had the best time! We wanted for nothing!! Thank you so much Tim!

The cottage is well kept. We used the kayaks and the fire pit. The kids loved the cottage. Tim was very responsive.

Great place

We had a great time here and Tim was a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed the fire pit, the kayaks, the paddle boat and the swimming platform. The house had everything we needed for a great week. Thanks Tim!

We love coming to the lake house with beautiful scenery and being on the water. We want you to enjoy our house and have lasting family and friends memories.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Conesus Lake is close to Rochester and Geneseo and has great restaurants and fishing. The water is warm, the people are nice and it is a fun lake to come to. Minnehans Fun Center is great for the kids with go karts and mini golf and batting cages. There are multiple museums and antique shops nearby.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We chose Conesus Lake because of the quaintness of the lake and area. The little convenience store, Shoreless Acres is adorable. The lake is beautiful. The afternoon breezes are refreshing. The kids love to fish off the dock. The Conesus Lake Ring of Fire on July 3 has more fireworks than anywhere you have ever seen.
