Nice & Neat

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. There was one small issue with the door lock, but the owner was quick to respond & the issue was resolved in a timely manner. The property is in an older neighborhood, but surprisingly quiet. The interior of the home was very nice, clean & modern. We were in Atlanta for an event at Mercedes Benz stadium & were just minutes away. We would definitely stay again.

It was awesome. My friends and I was able to sit at the fire pit and talk, laugh, drink a little. Everything was clean and was great.

Hot and bothered

The home was lovely but the a/c and door locks was a constant battle. The laundry room needs air conditioner to cool off the kitchen area very hot even with the air conditioner running. Overall her state was wonderful and I think owner she was great otherwise.

Atlanta Girls Trip !

This property was very clean and everything that we expected. The owner was very nice, in the future we would definitely book with her again! Really liked this location because it was so close to everything ! 😊

Holiday Weekend Stay

Overall, we were pleased with our 4 night stay. The house was exactly as described and the location was perfect. Location/Getting Around: We had a rental car (thankfully) so it made getting around much easier. Our navigation didn’t direct us to the correct house the first night but seemed to remember it all other times. We also took an Uber who had trouble getting to the house so be aware of that. Also note, there’s no street parking so you’ll have to park on the property in the backyard on grass/dirt which isn’t flat and on an incline. It rained a lot one day so stepping in and out of the car into grass/mud was not ideal (especially in heels) as it messed up our shoes and rental car mats. The House: The house is on a busy street (which wasn’t a problem at all) and felt safe at all times of the day/night. The apartment has lots of windows and was cozy and roomy at the same time. We loved everything about the house. We used the refrigerator, stove top, oven, counter appliances and dishes and had no issue with either. We had some trouble with the front/outside door locking and plumbing and notified the owner. The owner responded promptly and assisted with the issues. The two bedrooms were clean, had ample closet space as well as comfortable and beds. There aren’t any televisions in either room so your only tv option is in the living room. The television had preinstalled apps which we were able to sign into (with our own accounts) to watch television (which was fine with us)z The apartment is very quiet and we never heard any noise from neighbors. There were no funny smells (like you may notice sometimes at hotels). We especially loved that the owner had a binder with tons of activities and restaurants to check out — GREAT IDEA!! We found that to be very helpful and considerate. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and nice and will likely stay again if we were to travel back. Great 1st time Home Rental experience!

Cozy and Comfortable

This property is a great home, strategically located close to the city without all the hassle of interstate traffic. The area is close to 3 Golf Courses and is on a main corridor into the city or out to the suburbs.
