Great location. Great accommodations

Perfect location near King Street. Very clean, nice to have four bathrooms, great layout. Has all the amenities one would need for a long weekend. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect location for our weekend stay

We loved this apartment! It was perfectly located, designed and outfitted for our group of 6. All good things to say about this rental and I would recommend it highly to others.

The unit was well stocked and everything we needed was supplied. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. The location was phenomenal and we were able to walk to every restaurant and activity we had planned. Jamie was very communicative and provided us with many suggestions that made our trip unforgettable! We had such a great time and hope to visit again. Thank you for opening your home to us.

The house was exactly like the photos. It was so nice having 4bathrooms. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We loved the location. Easy walk to all restaurants and shopping.

Yearly group trip.

Wonderful accommodations - the whole group was very comfortable and the communication was very good. You cannot ask for a better location and parking was very easy. Definitely will recommend and hope to come back sometime.

Historic Charleston

Excellent location within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. Short drive to so many attractions and tours. Plenty spacious living and sleeping areas.

Fantastic stay

Everything was incredible, each room was clean and cute. There were plenty of bathrooms and mirrors which were perfect for our group of girls. Highly recommend.

Fantastic unit!

We had a great trip. The unit is beautiful, super clean, in a great location and perfect for our group of 6. The beds were super comfortable too. And the 4 bathrooms worked well fir our group. Overall it was fantastic!

Great stay!

The accommodations were even better than expected. The house was clean, updated and well equipped. Jamie was responsive and made the extra effort to meet our needs. All of this made our stay carefree and enjoyable. Hope to visit again soon

Perfect location and size!

We had a great weekend and the house was very clean. The location was walking distance to everything we wanted. Parking is a challenge if you have more than one car but there is a garage nearby. Definitely would stay again!

This is an extraordinary apartment. It is like stepping into a page from Southern Living magazine. The property is beautiful with fountains and fire pits. Comfortable seating everywhere, beautiful balconies. The host is fabulous to work with. We were a group of seven ladies aged 60 - 76 yrs.

Great Stay

Two coworkers and I rented this space for a weekend during a meeting downtown. Everything about the unit was terrific. Jamie was proactive in her communications with us. I'd rent here again.

Amazing rental

Jamie was extremely accommodating and easy to be reach. The property was even better than described and equipped with everything we needed and more! Everything was brand new and spotless.

Perfect place and wonderful hosts

Jamie and the Bennett family sure so live up to the adage of “southern hospitality.” Jamie was so helpful in planning and was sweet enough to deliver us board games to play with during our stay and a wonderful assortment of treats for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully decorated, super comfortable and has everything you need. We will definitely come back to stay!!!

Great girls weekend!

I came on a girls weekend with 6 women. Everyone loved the place...plenty of room for 6 with 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms plus extra beds. It was quirky and quaint with all the ammenities we needed, plus lots of thoughtful extras. Our favorite spot to gather was the front porch. Location was great too, just far enough out of the hustling downtown area, but within walking distance to the market, harbor area, and plenty of great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property with family to celebrate a 50th birthday, and it was the perfect home base for our trip to Charleston. The accommodations were very comfortable, with plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and feel right at home.The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a small issue with one of the showers, but the property owner responded immediately and resolved it quickly—excellent communication and service.The location couldn’t be better! Just a short walk to King Street, where we enjoyed great shopping and dining options. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy spot in Charleston.
