Grazioso e pulito appartamento di nuova costruzione con tutti i mobili nuovi. Bella e moderna casa comprende ampie camere da letto, bagno privato con vasca e soggiorno, cucina, bel cortile, bel patio, parcheggio gratuito. Brillante pavimento in legno e Brightspace vicino a ristoranti e transp pubblici. A 15 minuti dal centro di Boston o dall'aeroporto di Logan, 10 minuti dal centro di Quincy o prendere la metropolitana per Downtown Boston, Fenway Park, Aquarium, Havard Univerisity, Northend Town, Faneuil Hall Museums, Chinatown, Copley Square, Newburyport Street, Quincy Marina Bay.

C'è un negozio a pochi passi da questa casa con una buona gamma di beni di prima necessità (e vino!).
Un sacco di finestre. Grande spazio familiare L'intero appartamento sarà tuo con una tastiera per entrare.
Tutte le nuove lenzuola, trapunte, asciugamani da bagno e cuscini. Tutto verrà lavato prima del check in. Bel cortile con mobili estivi all'aperto. Bottiglie di acqua di sorgente incluse nel frigorifero!
Sulla strada per questa casa puoi percepire l'aria fresca dell'oceano su Quincy Shore Drive!
È possibile accedere all'intero grande appartamento. Diamond hospitality and service. Very friendly and a very clean home. Plus they left prepared deli foods and pastries in the refrigerator for us to enjoy at no additional cost. Thank you, would definitely stay here again

7 adults-Family trip

Nice clean place close to beach and restaurants. We visited Boston, Salem and Foxborough. Easy to get to what we wanted to do. The door had a code, so easy access for all adults to enter and leave. Kim was very responsive. Even gave recommendations on restaurants. Would recommend this place to others.

Great location wonderful host

The property was well prepared for our arrival. Kim was in regular contact with us and was very helpful, before and after our arrival. The property was just a block or two from the beach and a few minutes from the JFK Presidential Library. The walk to the T station was a little long for us, but not too bad. We used Lyft/Uber as well and the fare from Boston was not expensive at all. The four of us were very comfortable in the house. Thank you Kim for a wonderful stay.

In Town for Uncle’s Memorial Service

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our rental & stay in Quincy, Ma. My family was visiting from Indiana & Florida. Even months before the visit, Kim was excellent at communicating & answering any & all questions over the VRBO Inbox app almost immediately. She was able to be reached through the app and responded promptly while we were in Quincy. The rental was spotless, smelled nice, was bright, there was a wonderful variety of breakfast/desserts provided and cold water bottles in the fridge. The nearby variety store made it VERY convenient to grab basic items that you might need. We all commented as we walked through the house, Kim anticipated every need a guest (even a guest w/ kids) could possibly have and stocked the home! We will pack a lot less next time we come to stay, because it was like staying at home. We felt very comfortable & safe. Kim has local dining/shops along with menus in a parlor room basket & directions posted on a wall near the back door, which is another very convenient & appreciated touch for “out-of-towners”. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and many of our party started and ended their day at the beach which was just a few houses down the street. We had an 18-month old energetic toddler that really benefited from being able to burn off energy at the nearby park (walking distance as well). We will book definitely again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston, Quincy or nearby. Thank you, Kim. You made our stay lovely!

Great vacation and a super host!

Our 3-generation family of 6 stayed at Kim’s VRBO located less than 1 block from Wollaston Beach. it was warm and welcoming… more than we could ever have imagined. Kim’s VRBO had EVERYTHING we needed, including a first aid kit, tons of linens and pillows, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom items, 2 large TVs, and enough electrical outlets to serve all of our techy needs. The unit we stayed in had 4 very large bedrooms, so plenty of privacy for everyone. The T (MBTA subway, trains, buses) made it great for getting around and seeing all the wonderful historical Boston attractions. Would we stay here again --- Absolutely! Kim was a great communicator and we would love to see Kim (and Boston) again – she was thoughtful and attentive and made this feel like home.

Great Trip for Boston Marathon

We had a wonderful time at this property! Kim was extremely responsive and informational. The home is beautiful and situated a short walk from the beach and public transportation. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as well. The convenience store next door was a pleasant added surprise. Our rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the place had everything we could have needed. A variety of breakfast and snack items were included! The outdoor area in the back was great for relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Boston Family vacation

Wonderful time. Delightful host did everything to make our visit perfect. Plenty of comfortable beds for all the family. Great launching pad for Boston. We visited aquarium, tea party reenactment, Faneuil hall, and walked around downtown historic Boston. The beach is just a few houses away and although it was November our runners still enjoyed it. Beautiful scenery and perfect place for walking or running. Kitchen was well equipped and perfect for cooking our thanksgiving dinner. Thanks, Kim

Long weekend

Arrived and met the owner Kim. Very friendly great hostess. Property is very clean and tidy, close to the beach which we did not spend much time as we were spending time sightseeing in Boston. I recommend this place highly.

AMAZING STAY

Kim provided an excellent and spacious property. The living space was large and exceptionally clean. She was a very kind and gracious hostess and her availability to answer questions was prompt and accurate. Great place to stay, Kim is awesome!

This location is wonderful. Kim was very nice host. I would highly recommend this house. Close to Boston, its a quick drive or train ride. The beach is a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boston! If you want a clean and spacious place to stay , don't hesitate, you will have the best time! You can find everything in the kitchen with plenty of cook wear, dishes and silver wear ….Kim stocked the place well before we arrived with breakfasts, water, deserts, coffee, teas, soda,body wash, shampoos, conditioners, lots of towels, blankets, beach chairs, kids toys, baby crib….. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Great views of Quincy and the Boston skyline. It’s also about a mile away from Marina Bay which is nice to walk around or have dinner. The home is in a quiet beach neighborhood. If you want some night life Marina Bay is close by or just hang out. Kim has a wonderful resort-like back yard with plenty of lounge chairs and comfortable outdoor seating to relax in. 👍👍

Perfect place for tourists, weddings, marathons, Anniversaries& birthdays , family visits, Baseball, footballs, hockey games. Guests who stayed here love to visit Fenway Park, Aquarium, Freedom Trail, Tea party, The Northern, Downtown Boston, Harvards University, Salem, China town , Cheers Boston Beers. Dim sum Chinese food.
Quincy is also close to Logan airport.

This location is a vacation area! Just a hundred meters from the beach. It's a beautiful, open, safe and clean location. You can find seafood, sandwiches, ice cream place, playground and even bathroom on the beach just few steps away from this house.
This house is new construction, very nice, clean, quite, safe location. Just 1 mile away you can find restaurants, pizza, desert shops, and groceries.
With our new and comfortable mattresses that will give your family a very nice sleep in. All sheets, linens, comforters, pillows cases, towels, blankets will be washed. Kitchen, living room, bathroom will be cleaned before you check in. Guests can check out anytime but please ask Kim ahead of time.
The apartment has a lot of windows. Large family space. Nice patio and Garden
The entire unit will be yours with a keypad to enter.


We also have a very nice backyard with outside furniture that your family can chill out.

Store near by that you can buy good and wines.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Downtown Quincy is also beautiful has been updated recenlty. Quincy is a beautiful city! People around are nice and polite. It's a safe location that you can walk outside at night. Wollaston Beach has a very long shore drive and big clean side walk for visitors and plenty of parking.
The Transportation is just few steps away that you can take the bus to the subway or you can uber will bring you to Boston. Store near by that you can walk and pick up goods and wines.
I love Quincy and I believe that your family will have a wonderful time here!
