Goditi questa splendida casa di fronte all'oceano per la tua prossima vacanza sulle rive del Maine! Questa casa si trova proprio sull'acqua, quindi non sarete lontani dai bellissimi suoni delle onde che si infrangono e offre viste sull'oceano da ogni camera. Asciugamani e sedie da spiaggia sono forniti in modo da poter rilassarsi al sole durante il vostro soggiorno! La casa ha un angolo cottura completamente attrezzato per la preparazione del pasto facile e un sacco di spazio per mangiare. C'è un grill a gas privato esterno e un pozzo del fuoco per alcuni s'mores durante l'estate! Rimani connesso con il WiFi gratuito e TV via cavo durante il vostro soggiorno pure!

Situato proprio sulla spiaggia di Pebble, potresti non volerti andare via durante il tuo soggiorno! Nella zona circostante, si può godere l'enorme parco giochi di marea con la bassa marea, il nuoto, paddleboarding, kayak, caccia e pesca al largo delle rocce (assicuratevi di indossare scarpe da acqua quando si fa questo!). La casa offre una splendida vista per i fuochi d'artificio del 4 luglio e sarai sicuro di vedere anche alcune viste meravigliose delle partenze. La casa si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Short Sands e dal centro città dove ci sono un sacco di negozi e ristoranti. Il Cape Neddick Park è a circa un miglio da te!

The location was perfect! Beautiful views all around. The twin beds were very uncomfortable. They were hard and need new mattresses.

Very comfortable little cottage

We so enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean and being lulled to sleep at night. It has everything you'd need for a weeks stay. It's close to the beaches, restaurants and stores. Everyone is do friendly in town.

Beautiful location

Sea Belle cottage was every bit as nice as the photos show -- my wife and I spent a fantastic week enjoying the views, watching the tides, and relaxing. The cottage was very neat and clean, as was the yard. We had a great time and were sorry when our week was over!

Confortable homey cottage right on the ocean

Loved the cozy gas fireplace, the ocean right there beyond the back yard, the sound of the bell on the buoy. This is a small home but had everything we needed. Great location.

Great ocean front cottage!

Such a great little cottage! We were two couples and it was perfect for us for a couple of nights. Awesome waking up to the ocean views. Easy walk into town and to short sands beach. Also loved the fire pit overlooking the water.

Gorgeous location

What an adorable cottage. We loved sleeping with the ocean right outside the door and it was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time. Plus there was a bald eagle hanging out in the tree so how can you beat that?

Wonderful seaside cottage

We had a terrific time in this cute cottage with ample space and lovely ocean views. The marshmallow roasting at night and the quick access to pebble beach during the day made fantastic memories of our time together as well as the walks to York shops. We’ll be returning soon 😊

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot for my wife and I to get away kid free for our anniversary. Waking up and going to bed with the crashing of the waves and peacefulness of not having a public beach near was priceless. Would come back in a heartbeat and for mid October we really lucked out with some amazing weather.

Cottage is small but comfortable and cozy with all the essentials at hand. The neighborhood was quiet (at least during October), walking distance to York shops etc., and also a good place to head out to more distant spots (Ogunquit, Kennebunk etc.). Waterfront location and ocean view was beautiful -- views of two lighthouses and lovely coastline! Loved listening to the crashing waves and the bell buoey. The fireplace was perfect for cozy October evenings.

If it weren’t for the mice…

I’ll start with the negative. The kitchen has a mice problem. There were mice turds on the counters/sink each morning even though we kept the area clean. The property manager and maintenance were very helpful/quick response to try to address the issue with traps, but the mice were pretty resilient. The inside of the house smelled of chemical cleaning supplies when we arrived, but quickly aired out with windows open. The front yard was very muddy the entire weekend with some small amounts of rain, so a better layout for the entryway would be helpful. Very limited supplies, so bring plenty of your own soaps, shampoo, pantry supplies. Aside from the above we had a lovely stay. Pictures don’t do the property justice. Stunning views, wonderful walkable location to the busy part of York, but far enough to be quiet. Tide pools were fun for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Sea breeze, sounds of waves & birds were lovely. Noisy neighbor dogs barked, but only when we walked by.

Second time at the Sea Belle

You can’t beat the view at this delightful little cottage right on the ocean. While it’s small, once you’ve stayed on the ocean you can’t go back to those places two or three blocks away from the ocean. We will be back a third time!

Our Second Visit

Loved the views, bell buoy and rocky beach

We Loved the views, bell buoy and rocky beach just steps away. The house has all the essentials you'd need on vacation and the location could not be better. We loved seeing lobster boats in the morning and Nubble lighthouse in the distance.

Loved the coziness of this cottage! Beautiful ocean views! Super clean. Short 15 min walk to town and to the beach. Such friendly people. Great spot for a long weekend. Make sure you check out the York Trolley. It was a very informative 1 hour ride. Make reservations online. It was an unforgettable trip!

Anniversary trip May 2021

Perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. Amazing views and yard siding right on the ocean. 10-minute drive to Ogunquit Beach and 30-minute walk to downtown at the Short Sands beach. Freshly painted and everything was in good working order.

Wonderful retreat!

Location can’t be beat, waterfront, kids enjoyed climbing on the rocks, hearing the waves all night and red bell buoy. Perfect size for a family of 4 for a weekend away!

Beautifully peaceful

This property is cozy and relaxing along with being in a very private section of York. It’s in walking distance to the tourist, York Beach and awesome down town. We will surely be coming back to Sea Belle and enjoyed our First Wedding Anniversary at this awesome Cottage!

In the midst of a pandemic this cottage was an oasis! It was very clean and beautifully situated. And the State of Maine is doing it right with regards to masking and social distancing. I haven't felt so safe and relaxed in months! We will be back to the Sea Belle.
