The beach house location was great and the layout worked well for our large group! We had a few issues that kept me from giving a higher rating, but the owners were prompt in reconciling those issues.

Senior Trip

We had a group of 25 staying here. The house was amazing, there was everything you needed in walking distance and it was right on the beach.

Perfect for our coaches and softball team!

Loved the layout of the home! Each coach had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of space for our softball team too! We loved the oversized kitchen and living room/dining room space. This was great for team meetings and meals. We loved the heated pool and closeness to the beach. I would suggest getting the dryer fixed. It never dried our clothes. Other than that, our stay was the perfect place and location!

Great Stay!!

This place was perfect for our group of 25! Plenty of space, steps away from the beach and restaurants, and pretty quiet! The mangement and maintenance teams were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and clean property

We had a great time and the location is beautiful and convenient, the property was nice.The only issue we had was AC was not working properly on the lower floors and dryer also didn’t work but we had to call the service center.

Best location & convenience for large groups

This is our 3rd time staying at these houses. They’re the best for large groups. We love the convenience of being right on the beach & being able to walk to bahama bobs and the hang out. The weather and beach was perfect. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great location and easy access to the beach. All the rooms had a lot of great space. The furniture in the common area badly needs to be replaced - dirty, not super comfortable, and some things in bad disrepair. Would recommend, but some improvements needed…

Family Vacation

Great location. House was good set up for our large group. Had an issue with the air conditioning but got a fairly quick response from maintenance. Was concerned about shared pool but it was large and accommodated everyone.

Absolutely perfect for our family beach vacation!

We couldn’t have asked for more in terms of a rental property that was clean and spacious, and had enough room for a bunch of kids and a bunch of adults! it’s right in the heart of Gulf Shores so you’re right near everything. the pool is awesome! partially shaded with sun at mid-day, and you’re right off the public beach access (Which we thought was a plus). The only ding we had is that there’s 4 rental properties and while we were in the back Corner one the listing showed the front property ... but honestly they’re all great and they all have great views! Would definitely recommend!!

Great Stay - Girls Trip

Overall a great stay. Lots of room and we loved having a bathroom for each room. There was just an issue with the carbon monoxide alarms going off the day we got there. It happened a few times that day and again in the middle of the night. I called and reported this, and they sent someone out later that day. It resolved the issue until a couple nights later on our last nite, the alarm on the third floor went off again in the middle of the night. We were in the house directly behind bahama bobs and I felt like the people in the houses right above the pool kinda took it over but they had been there much longer, I guess it just depends on who is there. Bahama bobs was fun to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. We also had brunch at Laurie’s, a block or so up and it was fantastic. Super small place but tons of options. Great overall location for access to the beach and other restaurants and such. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Whenever i called or emailed the property managers I always got a pretty quick response. Tons of room. Be prepared to get your stair steps in. This didn’t bother me much as a run up and down stairs all day but some of my friends thought it was rough. Fantastic views on the balcony.

The tiki bar areas under the gulf-front houses are the "community area" for all four houses, and I bet it can get cramped or taken over by the guests renting the gulf-front houses. I will get maintenance to put a sign up in the gulf-front houses letting the guests know that the area is shared between all of the houses, so hopefully, that doesn't happen again in the future. Breezyville Northeast Was A Wonderful Experience

This 12-bedroom house in Gulf Shores was nothing short of stunning. Its beauty and spaciousness offered the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway or a large group gathering. The design and layout of the home demonstrated thoughtful attention to detail, making every corner feel inviting and comfortable. My family and I were very pleased to spend my 74th birthday here, surrounded by the warmth and beauty of such a remarkable home. The combination of the stunning beachfront location and the comfortable interiors made it a truly memorable celebration. When I return to Gulf Shores, I will definitely book with Prickett again, as their properties and service have left a lasting impression on me and my family. The pictures of this house on their website are accurate and highlight its charm. Being directly on the beach is undeniably a major advantage, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. This location adds a serene and idyllic quality to the property, making it an unforgettable destination. Though the property had minor issues during our stay, Prickett Management's responsiveness was exemplary. Their quick actions to address and resolve the concerns ensured that our experience remained smooth and enjoyable. This level of service truly stands out and adds to the overall positive experience at this property. My only suggestion would be that the janitorial staff pay closer attention to cleaning the floors. While the rest of the property was immaculate, ensuring spotless floors would elevate the experience even further and reflect the overall high standards of this property. It combines charm, functionality, and fantastic service, making it a top-notch choice for large groups or families. This house truly enhanced our vacation, and we would gladly return. I recommend this house to anyone looking for spacious accommodation in Gulf Shores.

Parts of the floor were not swept clean - even some broke glass on the floor. Several of the bathroom sinks had clogged drains. The refrigerator was only cooling to 56ºF before put food in it. Never got below 56º - informed maintenance - who came to look at it - nothing ever done to correct it. Found out the previous occupants were provided a cooler to keep their drinks cold - so I know it was not a recent thing - fortunately our food and drinks did not spoil. - had to use ice for the lukewarm milk. Everything else was great. Loved the proximity to the ocean - and the pool. Great communication with Prickett Properties and rapid response from the maintenance people, who were very nice to deal with - just couldn't get the refrigerator situation resolved while we were there.

Everything about our stay was perfect. If you have a large group traveling like we did, this house had enough room and then some for everyone. It’s super close to the beach so you didn’t have to worry about leaving anything at the house and having to making a long trek back to get it. We will definitely be staying again.

Great family getaway

We had a large family of 30 stay here and really enjoyed everything! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our entire group. We had to ask the cleaning crew to come back, and the beds were still really sandy, but overall it was fine. The group pool was never crowded, and the walk to the beach was very close and easy. We were worried about the view of the ocean since we had a house in front of us, but we still had a great view from the porch!
