Nei mesi estivi, la casa è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia pubblica di Chambers Landing, nota per le sue viste incontaminate sul Lago Tahoe. I visitatori possono anche godere della spiaggia pubblica di sabbia e dello storico ristorante, bar e molo del Chambers Landing.

La tua casa lontano da casa è vicino a Meeks Bay, con una magnifica spiaggia sabbiosa e paddleboard e noleggio barche. Situato sulla National Forest Land, il litorale di Meeks Bay è famoso per i suoi splendidi paesaggi, le spiagge pulite e il facile accesso. Il Bliss State Park è aperto al traffico veicolare in estate, dove è possibile nuotare o fare immersioni nelle acque cristalline del lago Tahoe, fare picnic, rilassarsi sulla sabbia calda di Lester Beach o Calawee Cove e accedere alle escursioni sul sentiero Rubicon , Lighthouse Trail e Balancing Rock Trail. Lester Beach è un luogo popolare per lanciare kayak, paddleboard o canoa.

Non vorrai perderti l'icona di Lake Tahoe, Emerald Bay, a breve distanza in auto. Emerald Bay State Park offre viste pittoresche a 360 gradi che comprendono Emerald Bay, Fannette Island, Eagle Falls e Vikingsholm Castle.

Loved staying at Jack’s Place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with immediate family! The pool table was a big hit! Loved the short walk to the private beach and the easy walk to Chambers Landing for cocktails and dinner. The only warning for prospective renters is that the driveway is very steep and can be tricky getting your car up the driveway. Also, the kitchen is on the top floor so there is a flight of stairs to climb everytime you need to use the kitchen. You will definitely get your steps in!

Beautiful home that has been redone. Beds are very comfortable. Downside is that master upstairs does not have a shower, so you have to go downstairs to use one of those bathrooms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was basically wonderful in all but there were things that needed improvement. Upon our arrival, I went to get a glass of water and the glass was not clean. Other dishes had to be cleaned before using. After using the dishwasher, realized it did not clean the dishes well and needed to be hand washed sometimes. The beds are super hard. On the master bed was an electric blanket in the summer. A couple of the towels were shotty while the others were in good shape.

Love the location, access to private HOA beach. House well equiped. Electronics good. Towels a bit bedraggled. In the end, only five useful days for an expensive home.

Host was very helpful for ease of the check in and WiFi set up. Home was clean, fit the 6 adults and4 children (all under 5) well.Private beach and access was the best!

Jack’s Place- Three Generation Family Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this house for our annual family vacation that includes family members ranging in age from 26 - 88. Growing up we had a vacation home in Tahoma and wanted to relive the summer experience and fun that we were blessed with for 25+ years. The house was beautiful and location was excellent. The Moana Beach was quaint and the locals and guests were friendly. Our only negative was that the steep driveway hill and interior stairs were difficult for my 88 year old father. In addition, the location of the kitchen on the top floor made it challenging to get the ice chests and groceries upstairs. Despite these challenges, I would definitely return because of the amazing location, view and amenities. If you love the convenience of walking to the beach, floating in the lake this is the place for you. If you don’t want to bring your own food and beverage to the beach, you have the option of walking to Chambers Landing for a cool beverage and lunch.

Best location!

We love the location and view from the deck! We were so happy that one of the bathrooms was remodeled and a shower was added! The location near chambers is our favorite part!!

Amazing Location

Our stay here was great. The house was clean and spacious. Although the kitchen was older it was large and very functional with a great selection of cookware. The location was amazing and being able to walk to the private HOA beach was fantastic. We would love to stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lake house was well located and the HOAs private beach was great. The house was mostly comfortable, but has a few quirks. The homeowners desperately need to update the stove in the kitchen, and if not that, at least get some pots and pans that work with the stove they do have. Don’t plan on doing any fancy cooking... you won’t find what you need for anything except super basic things. The furniture in the living room was an odd layout, it’s all turned away from each other, not conducive to conversation or family time. The beds are very firm. All that said, the house was comfortable, gets a wonderful breeze off the lake, and the management company was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful! The thing we appreciated most, in this time of pandemic, was their cleaning. The management company has a great cleaning policy currently and we felt safe being there. That comfort, in particular, is worth a lot. We didn’t do much around town because of covid, but the house is well located to many activities. We saw some great wildlife during our stay!

Fabulous!

Such a wonderful home! Very spacious home with lots of places to hang out. The pool table brought lots of laughter to our evenings. The beds are very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The towels were folded very pretty too. This is not a home or neighborhood for loud partying. It is exactly what we were looking for! You could hear the small creek behind the home from the 2 deck areas. The private HOA beach area was nice but it is rocky so bring water shoes. We couldn’t find the keys to the kayaks but had fun nonetheless. Would have liked a little bit later for a check out time but it’s everything you would want for a relaxing getaway!

Quick summer weekend trip

My family stayed over a late summer weekend at this wonderful house. The location of the house is ideal if you like to live in the lake as we do (kayaking, swimming, etc.). It takes about 120 seconds to reach the beach from the driveway. You can also quickly (120 more seconds) walk up the shore to Chamber's Landing for a bite to eat or have a drink at the bar right on the pier. The house is clean and comfortable. The heater works extremely well. It is also very quiet at night, so you can sleep well. I highly recommend this as a beautiful destination right at the beach.
