Very cute western decorated home. The owner went to great lengths to leave a special book about Waco. It’s was in a good location to get to every place we went. It was great for our family and little dogs. Very nice quiet neighborhood.

The location was perfect as we were in town for an event at Extraco Events Center. The house was comfortable for our group of three adults and a child. Debbie was a wonderful host that was very responsive.

Great location for our activities at Extraco. We enjoyed plenty of seats to lounge in the living room after a long day and the covered patio out back allowed us to bring our Blackstone and cook meals to help save money on dining out.

What a quiet neighborhood. Heater worked great. Cold front thru Waco knocked those temps i to the 30s. We were very warm and comfortable

Relaxing stay

The property has a comfortable, relaxing feel to it. Reminded us of a stay at Grandma’s house. The decor is fun, property is well-maintained, and close drive to things to do in Waco.

Nice & Convenient

This house was just right for our trip to Waco. Very convenient to the event center in a nice, quiet community! Much more enjoyable than booking a hotel!

Very homey

Overall a nice stay. Everything we needed for the weekend was provided. Beds are comfy, water is hot! Our host was easily accessible and very accommodating. I would stay there again!
