We went for our twin boys’ 12th birthday. There were eight of us and it was perfect, we actually had one extra bed. The house stayed at a good temperature with the mini splits. The deck had some very large spiders that my boys were enamored with (me not so much). We enjoyed the nature walk!

Great spot for family

We enjoyed staying here with extended family to visit Santas Village. Each bedroom has it’s own bath, which is awesome. Hosts were very responsive and made the process easy.

Great property

We stayed here with friends. Our group’s age ranges was 3-adult. We had a great time, the property was clean, well equipped, and great views. Highly recommend.

Perfect week in the mountains!

We had a perfect vacation week in the mountains. The house was fantastic for our family- the kids especially loved the bunk room and the rec room downstairs. And we spent many nights watching the stars from the deck and enjoyed the hiking and biking trails all around! An easy walk to the Mt. Washington Hotel too!

We have stayed in all the properties around the hotel for years. I really have loved them all but the Mt Washington Place is so nice and has so much space when you have a large family. It was quiet and clean and it's nice to sit out in the sunny deck.

The house and location was perfect for our young family, especially for the quick and easy drive to Santa's Village and Storyland and the relaxing environment to come back to afterwards. Everything needed for the stay was very well communicated via email, text and printed info within the house. Every detail was thoughtfully organized and easy to understand. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well appointed making for a very easy transition to our home away from home. I've booked with BWV several times over the years and have had a 5 star experience each time!

Family weekend

We came to stay here with 6 adults 3 kids... we loved it here. Very clean and cozy home and plenty of space for us all. We all loved the pimg pong table. Everything was perfect.

Great getaway

This rental had a great layout and location for our hiking weekend away. Description was accurate and rooms were clean. We didn’t use the finished basement or adjacent bedroom because of mildew smell that we were very sensitive to. Otherwise would have given it all 5 stars!

This property was clean and spacious. It offers a great location for day hikes into the Presidentials.
