Questa lussuosa camera da letto con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, 2-1 / 2, gode di una splendida vista sull'oceano e sulle antiche peschiere hawaiane da varie verande. Sarai a pochi passi dal privato Mauna Lani Beach Club, a cui potrai accedere! Il Beach Club offre cabine e sedie, ed è possibile noleggiare stand up paddle board e kayak. Sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, refrigeratore e attrezzatura per lo snorkeling sono inclusi nel condominio. Potrete gustare il pranzo e le bevande presso il ristorante caratteristico sulla spiaggia, Napua.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di bagno privato con cabina doccia, TV via cavo e veranda privata. Il lanai della camera da letto principale si affaccia sui vivai e ha una vista sull'oceano, rendendolo un ambiente sereno per sorseggiare caffè o tè. Per ospitare 5-6 persone (a pagamento), vi verranno forniti fino a 2 letti gonfiabili rialzati di fascia alta, di dimensioni doppie, che verranno allestiti prima del vostro arrivo.

Questo condominio ha mobili molto confortevoli e un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi. I servizi includono aria condizionata centralizzata, wifi, TV via cavo con DVR e lavanderia interna. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici di dimensioni complete, tra cui una lavastoviglie, molti piccoli elettrodomestici e tutti i piatti e gli utensili necessari. Se non hai voglia di cucinare, puoi goderti i ristoranti di The Shops at Mauna Lani o lo splendido ristorante del Beach Club, Napua.

Goditi i tranquilli sentieri che attraversano la proprietà di Mauna Lani Terrace, che si snoda intorno agli antichi vivai hawaiani. Ten star condo!

I would definitely stay at this condo if I'm ever back in the area! This condo was totally delightful and well-stocked! We enjoyed all 3 patios that gave us awesome views of the fishponds and the ocean, as well as the sunsets! There were so many perks: pool toys/boogey boards/ice coolers/beach chairs/beach towels. We are thankful for the covered carport. We definitely enjoyed the pineapple and bag of coffee. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Beautiful condo & location

Sometimes things are not as good as the pictures or description….Well, not here! The condo, amenities and ground’s exceeded our expectations. Having access to the Mauna Lani Sports Center as well as Beach Club (with amazing snorkeling) made us not want to ever leave. But when we did it so nice to come back to this slice of paradise to relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets. Condo was comfortable, clean and just perfect for my family of 4 including 2 teenage boys. Well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, bath and beach gear. Hosts were quick to respond and accommodating. Best spring break trip ever!!! Mahalo!

The best condo in Terraces

We’ve been staying in the Terraces for many years and enjoyed staying here the most. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were ample towels as well as paper goods. The views from the lanais were beautiful as we could see the ponds and the ocean.We highly recommend staying in this condo!

Far exceeded expectations

Quality accommodation next to Mauna Lani resort was icing on the cake. The accommodation was really great and we enjoyed the club house pool and all the beautiful views and beaches! The owner was very friendly and accommodating!

Amazing place and location

The condo is everything it says and more! Great location! Super convenient with some shopping, restaurants and market nearby. We had some great meals at Mauna Lani Resort next door as well! We can’t wait to return! Mahalo, for the incredible hospitality!

Lovely Condo!

The condo is very spacious with high ceilings, good furnishings and is well equipped. The owners and the house keeper were super nice and helpful. The views and location are very nice.

Idyllic tropical perch

Mauna Lani Terrace is the ideal place to headquarter for the Kona-Kohala side of the big Island. The condo is perfectly set up, with a pass to close and lovely snorkel cove, easy access to the terraces’ pool, hotel, lovely walks, convenient grocery store and some good dining nearby especially local-owned Napus. Loved our stay … always too short!

Relaxing getaway

We love the Mauna Lani Terraces. Amazing views! The new pool /bbq area is terrific. And you can’t beat the beach club. D201 is well located but not our favorite floor plan. Tiny kitchen! But beautiful view and very comfortable furnishings.

Awesome sunset views

This is a great property with ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed. Open the sliding doors and pull the screens across so when you get back from your day at the beach or walking this beautiful property, you will get the ocean breeze. The master bed is very comfortable. We highly recommend.

A lovely spot

My husband and I enjoyed meals and drinks on the balcony with its gorgeous view. As we had four condos for a family of 14, including seven young grandchildren, we spent lots of time at the large condo pool. There is also a great jacuzzi and children’s pool. I never did figure out how to change the washer temp but everything came out fine! The condo was spotless though there were some light stains on the carpeting. It was full of equipment for the beach, including two beach chairs and even a small Child’s life vest. We always make a Costco stop when arriving and bought a beach umbrella for our almost 3 year old grandson. However, the bay where we spent so much time had plenty of shade from trees. It is a great spot for young swimmers, as it isn’t choppy as the ocean in front of the Mauna Lani. (We left the unused umbrella!). I would happily stay here again.

Living in paradise

We love the location of Mauna Lani Terrace D2. The views were amazing. It was an easy walk to the beach club with a perfect little beach. If that is too crowded and want a little more quiet time, there are chairs along the oceanfront to relax in, too. The condo was perfect for our family. We cooked some meals here and had everything we need and a little more. There is a cute little grocery store called Foodland at "The Shops" if you need anything else. The complex was really quiet when we were there, which we loved! Before we went, I thought the pool seemed small, but we used it twice and had it mainly to ourselves. We just rather be at the beach! JoAnne & Jasper were wonderful to work with and so kind. We appreciate the easy check-in and out process. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Oceanfront, not Beachfront. Great Communication from Owner!

It was my bad for not asking the owner how far of a walk the beach was. I assumed property was set up for easy beach access, as they said beachfront. Instead it was a bit of a walk around ponds on an asphalt path, with us carrying all our beach gear. Except for this misunderstanding, we enjoyed our time. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need for a lovely stay. Views are wonderful! A couple of things came up during our stay (because sometimes things happen). Nothing major and nothing that really affected our stay. Jasper and Joanne were quick to alert us and apologetic. Cathy, (the housesitter? on island manager?) stopped by one day as we were told she would. She was a joy to meet! All in all we would recommend, as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk to get to the beach.

It's all about the location!

I've never left a negative review before so I really hate to do this. First for the positives...location. It is right next to the Mauna Lani Resort so walking is very easy. Our daughter got married there so it was perfect to run back and forth. The beach club is close enough to walk and spent a fun day there. The unit is fully stocked with everything you could ever need including beach gear so that was very much appreciated. The unit is very spacious and the furnishings are very nice for a rental. The only negative (which is a biggie in my eyes) was the cleanliness. Immediately when we walked into the unit we were greeted with dirty, stained floors. The tile is very porous so just mopping will not get it clean. It needed a good brush scrubbing incredibly bad. The edges of the walk areas are beige but the walking path was brown. The carpet had massive stains (also beige) so we immediately took pictures and sent them to the manager/owner. They said they were aware of it and a carpet cleaner was coming once we left. Once I saw those two big blunders, I couldn't help but look out for more. The shams and throw pillows in the primary bedroom were dirty so I immediately threw them in the washing machine. There were finger smudges all over the kitchen cabinets and where you didn't touch it to open them, they were dusty. The balcony wasn't swept or vacuumed. Hopefully the unit gets a thorough deep cleaning then it will be a 10 out of 10.

A Little Slice Of Paradise

We had the loveliest stay here! We were a group of 4 in town for a wedding at the resort next door, so the size and location were perfect. The owners could not have been nicer, and the experience was beyond what we imagined. The grounds are so beautiful, and the sunsets from the balcony overlooking the koi pond were some of the best we have ever seen. We'd highly recommend this place and would love to return someday.

This Mauni Lani Terrace property cannot be beat!

This Mauni Lani Terrace has always been my favorite location on the Big Island. It is hard to find the sound of the ocean without staying at an actual resort on the Big Island. This condo provides immediate access to the beautiful Mauni Lani private beach club, and a private pool for your access. The snorkeling lagoon is the best on the island in my opinion. Its very calm and kids can play in the water without worry of a current. The condo sits above the historic fish ponds of the property, and the balcony is grand and a pleasure to dine and sit on. The hosts of this property went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! The ease of checking in and out could not have been easier. This condo is extremely clean and very well accommodated, especially in the kitchen. Everything you could want or need is there. Coolers, beach chairs and plenty of chairs and beach towels are available. I highly recommend this for your family or group when you visit the Big Island! Cheers! We will be back! Aloha and Maholo!
