the view and location were unbelievably great! comfortable accommodations, small but functional kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and helpful staff

We had a nice two night visit - the hotel is very well situated, clean, and comfortable. The TV is only in Italian but you are in Italy!

The balcony is amazing! Great view of the water, beach and town. Restaurants and shops are close by. It was kind of tricky to find as it is located in the "centro" without car access, but parking was available on the street below. The dining area is sunken and I think it could be dangerous for small children who don't pay attention to where they're going. As someone who enjoys cooking on holidays, I found the kitchen small and it took some organization to cook everything on the 2 burner induction stove. Bed in the mezzanine with views of the water was very comfortable.

Better options than this one

I booked this renting because we wanted to stay in Pescicci but I should continue my research and booked something else.The communication with the host was an issue and with all my experience after years of renting, not a warm service. No welcoming word, no suggestions of restaurants, things to visit or must see…At the end of our 2 nights stay, I received a notice in italian (witch a don’t speak) saying that one step had be broken and my credit card had been debit for a 240 euros for the “repairing). No proof at all of where this amount was coming from, just a picture of a stair broken.My husband and I quickly respond that when we first arrived we notify that one step was broken but we thaugh it was already like this. No answer, nothing from the host. She just ignored us and took our 240 euros.I informed her that a complaint would be made to VRBO regarding this situation. You should be aware of this incident. Regarding our stay, the apartment is small, non-functionnal with some bizarre steps to access the kitchen table, not well-furnished (the kitchen is very basic), very hot during summer (my husband slept on the sofa), beds are basic and the bathroom downstairs was smelling.Pescicci is a lovely city but sadly, our stay here didn’t reflect it.

Il panorama che non si scorda più

Andrea squisito, sempre presente e attento alla Nostre esigenze, casa perfetta pulita ordinata e servita di ogni cosa, Internet veloce e funzionata che dire del panorama e della terrazza pura magia ho scattato foto Incredibili. Vicinissimi al mare e a ogni servizio necessario torneremo presto siamo stati divinamente.

Man hat vom Balkon einen grandiosen Blick auf die Bucht von Peschici sowohl auf die Altstadt als auch den Hafen und den Strand. Im Mai war es wunderschön, wenn kein Wind war, dort zu sitzen. Das Haus ist innenarchitektonisch ausgesprochen schön gestaltet, der Wohnraum ist sehr geräumig und das ganze Interieur zum Wohlfühlen auch bei schlechtem Wetter.Wir haben dem Vermieter einige Verbesserungsvorschläge mitgeteilt, die sehr positiv aufgenommen wurden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Lage des Hauses im historischen Zentrum und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Der Ort hat viele nette Bars und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und abends ist viel los in den Gassen.Allerdings muss man das Auto außerhalb parken und alles zu Fuss laufen. Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig. Die Küche unseres Hauses war leider etwas spärlich eingerichtet und müsste renoviert werden. Auch die Bäder sind schon etwas veraltet. Das Internet und Wlan ging auch nicht immer.Trotz allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir konnten uns gut erholen.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt des Hauses ist, dass man das Meer in ca.10 min über Treppen erreichen kann.Es fährt sogar ein Bus, falls man sich den Aufstieg ersparen möchte.

Appartement atypique qui a beaucoup de charme, idéalement situé dans Peschici. Le Centre historique est magnifique. Depuis la location, la vue est effectivement splendide, la plage facile d'accès a pied. La cuisine mériterait d'être un peu plus outillée. Pour les enfants en bas âge, les escaliers peuvent être un problème. Le notre a 3 ans et a bien géré.

Toller Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse sind toll, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze waren immer in akzeptabler Entfernung zu finden.

Centre historique intéressant. De magnifiques points de vue sur l’Adriatique. Belles plages. En voiture, tous les parkings sont payants hors de prix. Très peu d’endroits où stationner

Nos encantaron las vistas desde la casa y su ubicación. La comunicación fue muy buena y fuimos recibidos de forma cordial y amable. Nos gustaría repetir para pasar mas tiempo.
