Provate tutto ciò che Orlando ha da offrire vivendo nel lusso a pochi minuti da tutti i parchi a tema. Questo Resort si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina della comunità con fiume lento, scivolo d'acqua e piscina di qualità resort che ci si aspetterebbe in un resort di fascia alta. Che ti dà la possibilità di trascorrere una giornata tranquilla intorno alla tua piscina privata mentre i bambini fanno una crociera lungo lo scivolo d'acqua e galleggiano lungo il fiume lento. Solterra Resort è completo di una palestra completa, parco giochi per bambini, campi da tennis, sale interne ed esterne per stare insieme con amici e parenti e per completare uno snack bar con licenza. Quindi non è necessario tornare a casa se si sceglie di aggirarsi per la grande piscina. Questa casa vanta 6 camere da letto e 4 1/2 bagni con oltre 3.000 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale. Per i più piccoli sono disponibili una culla, un seggiolone e un passeggino. C'è un'incredibile piscina e centro benessere situato sul nostro ampio patio appena fuori dalla nostra camera molto spaziosa. Per gli amanti del golf, il Solterra Resort si trova a poche miglia da numerosi campi bellissimi come Champions Gate, Reunion e Deer Creek, con oltre una dozzina di miglia a pochi chilometri di distanza. La nostra FUN Games Room include un XBOX ONE, una grande TV a schermo piatto, un tavolo da biliardo per tutta la famiglia! Spazio abbastanza ampio da permettere a tutta la famiglia di riunirsi! Entrando nella casa noterete immediatamente la grande via d'ingresso e l'ampia planimetria aperta. Un designer professionista ha creato un arredamento che ti farà sentire come se fossi in paradiso. Great family trip

This property was great! We were a group of 11 with 3 children and everything we needed was provided. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The resort pool and clubhouse were just a short walk away. We had a few questions during our stay and all were answered right away. I would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home

Home was exactly what was described. Just 20 mins from Disney parks so the location was great. Communicating with the property owners was easy and they were so quick to reply. Definitely recommend staying here

Great vacation home

This home is a great place to vacation. With so much space, a large kitchen, private, pool and hot tub and a great neighborhood to walk around in, what more could someone want. The only Tammy were great hosts, and the house was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone close to Disney as well about a 15 minute drive.

Great for families of all ages

We have stayed at a variety of area properties over the past 7 years and this home made the top of the list! Owner was very responsive to our requests as they came up and worked with us on minor issues. Great location, 5 minute walk to the water park. Beds were very comfortable and property was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home

We have stayed in this house before. The owners maintain and above average home and make sure everything is set for a higher quality stay than your average rental experience. We have booked several other homes in Florida and this one is a plus. Located close to parks but easy to access services. Our favorite area is the pool and it was wonderful.

Terrific home, very clean, with very responsive owners

Everything was easy regarding booking, checking in, and communicating with the owners. Clean property in nice neighborhood with good amenities. Fully stocked kitchen… we cooked and ate in a lot and lacked nothing in regards to utensils and cookware. Pool and spa were great! Thanks for sharing your home with our family Neil and Tammy!

A great weekend getaway close to home

Great House

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 teens for spring break. House was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of seating outside for dining and the outdoor bar and grill were great. Location in the community was perfect with the pool and lazy river right behind the house. Owners were very helpful with any questions and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Family Holiday!

We had THE BEST family trip and staying at this property was a highlight of the trip. The owners were the absolute best to work with and they communicated quickly regarding any questions that we had. The house was PERFECT for our family! Very clean with great amenities. This was our first big family trip post Covid and this home allowed me to travel with my senior parents and relax without concern of them having people in and out daily in their space. WE WILL BE STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!

Clean, spacious, convenient

Home was huge and super clean. One of the best rentals we have stayed in. The private pool and hot tub were great to have and enjoyed by all. About a 20 minute drive to Disney Hollywood Studios. About 40 minute drive to Lego Land. Close to a Publix grocery and Target. Short walk to clubhouse. Neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent home

Neil and Tammy have a great home. We have stayed in other vacation rentals and this was one of the more exceptional places we have stayed. I had a special request and they accommodated it. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this home to anyone. They are very good communicators and check in often to make sure we didn’t need anything. This rental would be my first pick for future trips.

Outstanding property for families

We went to FL for my dad's Memorial Service. We had two kids ages 9 and 3 that loved the Lego Room. We used the crib and travel crib and both were in great shape. Also found monitors and other items for small children. The pool was clean and nice and the resort added more fun to the trip. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. Owners answered all our questions and were great to work with! Would highly recommend and hope to go back again soon!

Stunning, clean, feels like home Vacation experience

This vacation home has a feels like home atmosphere, and is fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, linens, bath towels, hangers, tv in every room, plenty of fridge space ( 3 of them!) , laundry facilities, 5 bathrooms! It is also beautifully decorated. It is also close to all amenities, including grocery stores, theme parks and restaurants. The home is spotless, not only on the inside but the pool area including outdoor furniture is so comfortable and clean too. There is so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Was the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time. Thank you Tammy and Neil for sharing your home and being such great hosts!

Beautiful home in a great location

We brought our college softball team here for a quick stay and really loved it! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The back yard pool and hot tub are great. Make sure you read the directions about how to get the hot tub warmer. Only recommendation for future guests is that if you have a large party, bring your own toilet paper. We ran out after one day. Otherwise, they have plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups etc. They also have an awesome upstairs area with a pool table and gaming area. And lots of TVs throughout the house. Would love to come back here again for a personal vacation.

Disney Trip

We rented this house for a week of Disney fun. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 3 days due to Hurricane Milton. The house was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all of its amenities. The upstairs game room came in handy for a rainy day spent indoors. The entire house was tastefully decorated and was totally our vibe. The pool/hot tub situation was a bit confusing. Apparently the hot tub doesn’t run and keep heat after the pool pump shuts off. The pump is on a timer and shuts off too early, so if you are waiting to get kids to bed or when it’s dark, it will not work for you. My only other complaint is that the bed pillows need replaced with something better, they were just too flat and uncomfortable for our liking. We would definitely consider staying here again or recommend to a friend.

Memories

We chose this home because of the location to the amenities and ratings. The place looks clean but it is not really clean. There was soap scum in the sink and the shower shelf. Supplies (trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap) was not enough for our stay and I had to purchase additional supplies. There was trash that was moved into the garage floor. They expect you to removed all bedding, wash towels, run dishwasher so I am not sure why charge a cleaning fee if I have to leave everything washed and clean.

Not what we expected!

The pictures do not match the reality! The house had many things broken and was dirty. The pool heater did not work 3/5 days we were there. Walls and carpeting were filthy. The house has cockroaches which we found on the last morning we were there. Bed sheets were dirty as well.

Great game room

Overall, the house and pool was amazing!! The game room was loved by the kids. The ac couldn't be lowered, which is rough in June. Only 2 of the 4 upstairs rooms had ceiling fans. We bought 4 fans. Also, there was a pipe leak in the upstairs suite room, which really never got handle. The carpet was soaking wet 75% of our trip. The room started to smell like old moldy towels. Three different maintenance people came to check it out, but the issue was nvere resolved. I text the property manager and homeowners numerous times throughout our week long stay. I recieved delayed replies most of the time.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Tammy and I had looked for the perfect vacation home for a couple of years. Most of the homes in a resort require you to get in the car and drive with the family over to the community amenities. With a family this can be a bit of a pain in the but. Loading up everything that you think you and your kids are going to need for your visit to the community pool ( Heated 365 days a year), lazy river or water slide. When I originally found this home, I wasn't aware that the Lazy River was directly behind the house. When I walkout the sliding door onto our pool deck I knew I had found the perfect place. So then I went and got Tammy from where we were staying. With no word of a lie, this is what she said when she saw our back pool deck backing onto a tree covered walking path and the community pool with lazy river. She turns to me and said "have you bought it yet"? So I think that was her way of says Wow! I love this property. 5 years later we still feel this way. Having coffee in the morning on the pool deck as the sun is coming up thru the palms and pine trees is so relaxing and beautiful. No to mention our pool deck faces south so no shortage of sun. If you don't want sun then there are areas with sun sails not just on the pool deck but over the pool for those that are sensitive to the sun. In the cooler months or if you like to use a hot spa pool heated can be added to your reservation for a fee.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Compared to a hotel a vacation home allows parties of greater than 4 to stay all together in one place with all the features of your place back home. No need to eat out every night, especially if you like to cook or entertain. We have also provided guest with a outdoor bar and grill. There is nothing better than sitting by the pool with a drink while some incredible food is cooking on the grill. Did I happen to mention there is a wine, beer, drink fridge in the bar outside so no need to have to run inside for a cold one. I've got to stop as writing this is making me hungry!
