Overall our entire stay was amazing! Our room was not ready until 515 pm and hour after check in. There was a bed with a moth in the sheets so we did rewash those sheets. The property was exactly what the pictures looked like and was the prime location!

Several things were addressed to the manager. Disposal was broken. Deck chairs and table broken. And cleanliness. Everything was fixed except the cleaning. Housekeeping was supposed to come and clean and never showed up the entire week long stay. We cleaned things and bought bleach and disinfectant ourselves. Mold in bathrooms. Dirty drawers with hair shavings and dental rubber bands. Gross. I didn’t come on vacation to clean to make it less icky for us. Sand and dust I totally understand. But grimy doors where everyone touches. Food crumbs in cutlery drawers. Mold falling off shower doors. Food under and in the couches. Unacceptable. Makes you wonder why a cleaning fee is charged.

Great Stay with Gorgeous Views and Easy Access!

We had a great week's stay at Treasure Island! The condo was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Check-in was a breeze, and the management company communicated clearly throughout the process. The space was well-maintained, though a few minor details could’ve been a little cleaner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Been staying at Treasure Island for many years. To us the Lower Grand Lagoon area can’t be beat. This unit did not disappoint and will consider it for future annual trips.

This is our second vacation here and we love the location

We had fun exploring the area and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach location. The one downside was all our windows were covered with plastic for painting. Not cool

Such a beautiful condo

The condo was located on the less busy side of Panama City, we didn't have bumper to bumper traffic if we stayed near our condo. It was spacious and we had everything we needed. Amazing view, very comfortable , my mother needed a step stool to get into bed. My only complaint is the floors were very dirty from day one. You could not walk in your socks without them getting black. We have stayed here before and this was the first time we have experienced the dirty floors

Birthday trip

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this rental property is. We have stayed at Treasure Island four times, and we absolutely love the complex and the general area much better than buildings further west. This was our first experience with a corner unit and hopefully not our last. The panoramic view was amazing, truly beyond words. The condo, itself, was spotless and all of the appliances, utilities, and extras were updated and in perfect working condition. This condo left us wanting or needing anything more.

Filthy!

The condo is beautiful and spacious but very dirty. Dust was on everything, sand was on entire floor and under the rugs, shards of glass were on one of the bedroom floors, drops of something brown were scattered throughout the living room floor. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

Nice Unit, Recently Painted

We went down day after Christmas for the week. The unit was very clean, recently painted throughout, needs new out door furniture as its damaged and out dated as well as a little TLC in other areas. Having said this, it appears to me that the owner is in process of making some needed upgrades to this unit over the winter. The views from the warp around balcony are awesome!

Awesome!

The listing for this property seemed too good to be true at this price point. But it was even better than the pictures! We had a fabulous Christmas in this spectacular condo. Two tiny recommendations....I must have missed that only starting supplies would be provided. Doordash for that! The comforters on the beds were worn but we got more bedding when people were available on Monday. We checked in late Saturday.

Ruined my trip

I has this condo booked since February we were supposed to arrive April 17th. They call me 15 hours before my flight to tell me my condo isn’t available. I was so upset and angry because our other family had booked at the same place so we could vacation together well we had to go to a whole other condo because ours wasn’t available. Ruined our whole family trip
