Luminosa, luminosa e bagnata dal sole, questa casa decorata professionalmente offre una lussuosa vita privata in resort con più spazi di intrattenimento all'aperto. Il foyer d'ingresso si apre su una grande, drammatica, grande sala con alti soffitti a volta, camino in pietra e porte francesi che conducono ad un ampio patio esterno coperto. La casa è caratterizzata da pavimenti in travertino ruvido, librerie personalizzate, moquette NEW premium, vernice personalizzata e FOUR TV a schermo piatto situate nel soggiorno e in tutte le camere da letto. Cucina gourmet dispone di contatori di granito lastra, pavimenti in pietra cadute e backsplash, grande isola cucina e porte francesi che conducono al cortile di grandi dimensioni in stile resort privato, cintura verde alberata e piscina scintillante con cascata e area giochi erbosa. Perfetta per intrattenere all'aperto, questa casa dispone di tre aree patio coperte separate e di una piscina sopraelevata per guardare i tramonti perfetti. Wonderful home in a fantastic location

Three of us adult couples rented this home for a long weekend while visiting some local Scottsdale friends and the home was fantastic and so was the owner Diane. Location is great as it's close to grocery, coffee and eateries as well as Kirland. We will absolutely be back for another stay.

2 Week Spring Golf

Fantastic and charming house. Perfect backyard. Great proximity to everything. We felt like we were in a tropical private resort while in backyard pool area. Neighborhood very quiet and wonderful for walks and runs. Superb VRBO host.

Wonderful house in a great location

This rental has everything you could ever want for a fantastic getaway. The house is in a convenient location to restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and a real treat against the Arizona heat. Diane thought of everything to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a taste of luxury and privacy in a memorable vacation.

Excellent stay

This was my second time staying at Diane's property and it was just as great as it was the first time. The house is wonderful, very clean and well stocked. We spend the majority of our time in the back around the beautiful pool and the many lounge areas. Diane is so accommodating and responsive, which makes the whole process so easy. We would love to come back again!

Great property, Great service. Relaxing property

We really had a great stay, such a beautiful backyard and pool area. Home has lots of nice places for conversation and grouping. Tons of great books! We had the washing machine break, and Diane (property owner), immediately coordinated with us and new appliance installation - the next day! Great experience.

The Perfect Place to Stay

We have stayed at several VRBO properties but this by far was the best one! The house and yard were beautiful. The host was friendly, attentive and responsive. I was impressed with how well -stocked the host keeps the house. Every detail, no matter how large or small, was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and located near several restaurants and shops. I know we will book a visit again soon.

Wonderful time away

It was hot! But the house was perfect to get away and have a relaxing , fun time in the heat of Scottsdale. Close to everything, quiet , peaceful home. Even some grass which was perfect for dogs. Yard was large and spacious and everything felt like a home away from home! Thank you!

As advertised!

Perfect private property with all the amenities. Ample kitchen supplies and everything you need for a stay-cay. Backyard is the highlight with sparkling pool and al fresco dining. Springtime brings much wildlife: bunnies, and baby quail within reach, so monitor any pets to preserve them in this natural setting in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for adult family gathering.

Easy to Stay

My family found this house to be in a convenient location, very easy to navigate from with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby to meet your needs. The house is very well kept and comfortable. Dianne was prompt and accommodating when we had an issue. She went above and beyond to get it resolved. The pool and back yard is absolutely lovely.

Great location!

My family and I stayed at this home for 2 weeks in December to enjoy the warm weather and break-up online school. We could not have been more pleased with our choice! Diane was very responsive and helpful. We loved being near parks, Kierland, and lots of great hiking. School and work from the home were a breeze. The house has everything you could possibly need.

Lovely Home

This home was perfect for our multi-generation group. The yard is beautiful. The bedding is very comfortable. Diane supplied us with so many kitchen and bathroom supplies and was amazingly quick to respond to our calls when we needed help. The home address and front door electronic lock were difficult to see in the dark when we arrived but, again, Diane responded to our call immediately.

Beautiful & Peaceful!

This home is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the private outdoor pool and living/dining areas. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the back yard, enjoying the refreshing pool, gorgeous flowers, palm trees, birds and even visiting bunnies. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Perfect location with a quick drive to many hiking spots, golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Diane, the owner was very attentive and provided many helpful amenities during our stay. Thoroughly appreciated our week here and hope to come back again! Thanks Diane!

This is a great place to stay. Lovely house, clean, well laid out, nicely furnished, and nice neighborhood. Diane is a inspiring host. You can tell that she cares about taking care of the house, with many extra touches which make you feel at home and she really cares about her guests. She was reachable if and when we needed. Welcome! My name is Diane and I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2002 and absolutely love it here! I'm currently a real estate broker so I know the area well. I chose to buy in the Kierland area because it popular, clean, beautiful and close to everything Scottsdale has to offer including; hiking, swimming, horseback riding, bicycling, golf, movies, great shopping, museums, sporting events and fine dining. The airport is also only 20 miles away!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I chose my home because it is spacious, private, quiet, backs a private greenbelt and is located in a lovely neighborhood with two nearby parks. I love the resort feel of my home and the fact that every room backs to the yard and offers multiple back patios to sit and enjoy the day. I love waking up each morning to see the sunrise and hear birds chirping. It's peaceful and restorative. I find it a wonderful place to rest, renew and relax. I hope you enjoy your stay and treat my home as your own!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Once you close the door and walk in this home, you will feel like you've been transported to an oasis. The entire home wraps around the back yard which in lined with trees for as far as the eye can see. You can see the yard from every room and there are three separate patios to sit and relax or entertain and invite friends over. The home has a bright, open, spacious feel due to the large, vaulted ceilings. I love even swims and taking long baths in the jetted master tub. In the morning, I love sitting by the window or on one of the outdoor patios and listening the morning doves sing. It is truly a special place.
