Perfect Vacation Rental!

Our extended family (70 all the way down to 2) stayed here for Thanksgiving and to hit the parks. The home could not have been better, extremely well stocked, convenient to everything, incredibly responsive owners, even a welcome gift. They were awesome and we will absolutely be back next year-we don't even have to search for other properties!

Amazing Villa

I can not recommend this villa highly enough. Jennifer was great at keeping in touch and allowed us to stay a little later on check out day due to a medical issue I had. Everywhere was spotless, comfy beds, comfy sofas and we rushed back from the parks to get in the pool. I looked at a lot of properties before booking this one, and it was better than listed. Plenty of towels and beach towels, kitchen equipment. Just a perfect place and host . We will definitely stay here when we return.

Disney Vacation Home

This is a really great home with a heated pool and is fully stocked with everything you need. Really close to the parks. There was a couple of issues which the owner quickly communicated with me about and quickly resolved the problem. I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This home is just as listed! It has all the amenities that I could ask for in a vacation home, plenty of dishes, cups, pool towels, etc. It was the perfect size for our vacation with two families, enough together areas and plenty of spots to have some alone time. The kids loved the game room, by far the best one we have ever had compared to other rentals. We did have an issue with the TV; and the owner was able to have a new one within less than 24 hours on a weekend. Jennifer was very easy to get in touch with when we had any concerns. My only suggestion would be to have the pool cleaner come in the morning. When we came home from a park on a hot day and wanted to use the pool, we were told by the pool guy that we couldn’t swim for 2 hours because of the chemicals. While we understand this, it would be so much better to have them come earlier in the day. Overall I would definitely rent this home again!

Thank you Christina for taking the time to write a review and for your kinds words about our home! The issue with the pool was unusual and we are sorry that occurred. We have taken your feedback to our pool cleaners so that situation will not occur again. We hope you and your family will return to our home for future trips to the Orlando area.

We were very sad to read this review. We had never had another guest complain about the pool being dirty as it is professionally cleaned every week. However, the two times the guest contacted us about the pool we promptly arranged for the pool company and management company to go over to the home to clean it again which they did both times. What is most disappointing about this review is that the guest did not acknowledge any of the very positive aspects of the home. We have done all we can do to provide a very lovely vacation home for our guests as is highlighted in our other guest reviews. We are sorry that this guest was disappointed in their stay but we did all we could to rectify their concerns.

Orlando trip 01/2020

The house was clean and was as exactly described and pictured. We were very happy with the home! The home is close to Disney parks and to many different restaurants and shopping. The owners got back to me very quickly with questions I had before arrival, and plus, at arrival there are very complete instructions and other information that is very helpful. We chose to turn on the heat in the pool for swimming and the water was very warm. Again, would highly recommend the home!

Beautiful Home, Great For Large Families

The home was gorgeous! It is by far the nicest house I’ve stayed in at Windsor Hills. It was perfect for our large family. We will definitely return on our next big family trip to Walt Disney World.
