La nostra casa adobe completamente rinnovata e moderna con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, situata a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla storica Santa Fe Plaza, è centrale per tutto ciò che Santa Fe ha da offrire. Da arte e cultura, a esperienze culinarie uniche nel loro genere e paesaggi iconici del deserto, questa casa è la perfetta vacanza per tutte le stagioni a Santa Fe.

La nostra casa è immersa nello stile sud-ovest con un camino in stile Kiva nello spazio abitativo principale, aggiornamenti e finiture moderne in cucina e bagni, nuovi arredi in tutto e pavimenti in legno finemente rifiniti. Entrambe le camere da letto e la zona giorno sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto con cavo completo. Le gemme di questa casa includono un camino esterno in stile Pueblo e una zona pranzo all'aperto.

La posizione di questa casa offre un accesso ideale al Santa Fe Opera, alla stazione sciistica di Santa Fe, al Railyard Arts District, a Canyon Road e ai vari percorsi per mountain bike ed escursioni.

Great property, well located to the Plaza and other destinations. Kitchen is very well appointed. Walking distance to plaza may not be feasible for older adults. 2nd master suite is accessible via a steep set of stairs

Beautiful home, easy walk to downtown

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We don't think that you can find a more well-located stay in Santa Fe. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, as is the fabulous Fort Marcy mountain view point and recreational area and dog park. The house itself is warm and gracious, and the downstairs/basement beautifully appointed apartment was ideal for guests.

Perfect Getaway

We had a girls trip to Santa Fe and this location was perfectly located in close proximity to all of the sights, food, and drinks of Santa Fe. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Great 3 bed/3 bath set-up and newly updated!

Great house with everything we needed! Beds were comfortable! The only down side we didn’t get to use the fireplace and the floors needed cleaning!
