Dear Guest, First, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your stay at E-10.5 Playa Encanto. Being without water for such an extended period, especially without the ability to shower or use the restrooms, is unacceptable, and we understand how much this affected your stay. We also apologize for the repeated delays and miscommunication regarding the water delivery and maintenance team's arrival. You should have received accurate updates and a much faster response from our team. We truly regret that we fell short of your expectations.
