This was the perfect place for our couples weekend! The house was so clean and very cozy! It had everything we could possibly need! We loved the screened in porch! We did try to enjoy the outdoor fire pit area but some of the outdoor furniture was a little too weather rotted. We just brought down some of the more sturdy chairs from the patio. The location is perfect! Close to the downtown area but secluded and scenic enough to feel like you've escaped to the woods. We all agreed we would love to come back for another stay, maybe a longer one because the weekend was too short!

Contacted Tranquil Travels upon arrival. Ginger was very attentive and concerned about these concerns we had. The carpet was dirty in the living room. The air conditioning was off and 83 in house when we arrived and took 5 hours to cool down enough to sleep. The one sink in the master bathroom was clogged. We fixed with hot water. The property was so overgrown and unkept we did not use. Also the screened in porch was NOT cleaned so we didn't feel comfortable to use it. The coffee maker needed cleaning and ran so slow. Need a new one. The kitchen was not well stocked. But he home was cozy and beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Downstairs game area was small but our family had fun down there. Not sure we would stay again unless place was better stocked and the porch and outside was cleaned better before arrival.

Thank you Carol, we appreciate your comments and please be assured that we have taken care of your list of concerns. We strive always for perfect stays and please accept our apologies for falling short. Just so you don't think we missed a thorough cleaning, the porch had been cleaned, but as you may recall, we had some extreme weather conditions that occurred prior to your arrival, and we missed getting back to the house to touch-up the porch. Again, we're very sorry this occurred and we're pleased that you found the home lovely and comfortable. We do hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again..
