Una benedizione per le famiglie che desiderano un posto dove fuggire e fuggire. Great place on the lake

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time a lot. The driveway coming in was hard especially with a boat. They have a great dock for the boat and plenty of space to park our trailer. They don't mind dogs which helped me to choose this place. I was worried because there is no stove but we did good without it. They have a great appliance in the kitchen that has a single burner and an outdoor griddle and grill. When I had a question about something the owner responded right away. They live upstairs which made it handy at times. We will probably be back next year.

Location & views

We thought this location was perfect and the view of the lake was nice. I would have given it five stars if the beds would have been comfortable, but we couldn’t sleep well and the pillows weren’t great either. Other than that, it was a cozy place.

Excellent Stay

The owner's communication is top-notch. The rental is downstairs, but still very private. The grounds and unit are very neat & tidy. There is a nice sundeck at the dock, a hot tube, a fire pit, and a nice covered porch with comfy outdoor furniture. Room 1 has a king bed, Room 2 has a queen bed, and the nook between Room 2 and the bathroom has a twin bunkbed. There is an additional sink vanity outside of the bathroom making it easy to "get ready" if someone is using the restroom. The kitchen has a nice table, a hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, air frier/toaster oven, and a full-sized refrigerator. The owner's provide plenty of supplies. I have no complaints. I would return to this property.

Very Nice Property

You are renting the basement of the home. It has views of the lake and a large property. The owners are very nice and friendly. You do hear them walking around upstairs. You have privacy and can come and go as you wish. It is a relaxing getaway spot and I would stay again.

Wonderful Fun and Relaxing

I rented this for my son and his family for his birthday. They said it was above and beyond what they expected. The owners were very nice and the property was accessable to them kayaking , roasting mashmallows , going to town and just quiet to enjoy from working all the time. Highly recommend .

Quiet retreat

I was in town for business and it was amazing to wake up with a lake view every morning! My friend was able to bring her two small dogs and we loved it. The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Beautiful location!

Wonderful location! Pictures do not do the property justice! We weren't at the house too much, as we were there for the Formula Drift races, but would definitely love to come back and spend time on the lake!

Beautiful, quiet property on the lake

The property was clean, relaxing inside and out and the hosts were super friendly (we got to chat a bit with Mark) - so welcoming. Thank you for a great place to stay, relax and visit with our family while in town for a graduation at RMA. It made our trip even better!!

Great stay at Lake Lanier

Everything you could need was at rental. Loved being right on the lake. Deck on top of dock with loungers is a nice place to catch some sun. Appreciated having amenities such as hot tub and fire pit. Great location close to groceries and restaurants.

Friendly family get away!

Comfortable get away for a week or a weekend. We came in July. Insanely hot but thw bass were still active. Loads of fun on the water and the host family was fantastic! Tha ks again!

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is small, but the outdoor living and amenities are fantastic. Everything was so well thought out. The property and dock exceeded our expectations. The Tibbetts were lovely hosts. We definitely plan to come back.

Location, Beauty, Relaxation & Fun!

We live locally and wanted a fun relaxing weekend with family at the lake. We brought our boat, dog, nieces & grand daughter. Everyone had fun. We enjoyed all the provided toys including the paddle boards, lilly pad, floats, & hot tub. The kids loved jumping off the dock and the view from inside was almost as beautiful as the one from the dock. I think we will be returning in the Fall to enjoy more boat rides and the amazing fire pit. The owners live upstairs and even though some footsteps can be heard occasionally there is still plenty of privacy. Claudia & Mark were great hosts being friendly & informative while still giving us our space. We highly recommend this property.

Cozy cove on the lake

The rental was clean and tidy with great views of the lake. It was super cozy and comfortable. We loved the location on the lake, in a semi quiet cove. It's also closer to shipping and restaurants. The owners are super friendly and communication was quick and easy. The only downside is that you can hear them walking around and their dogs barking above you, but otherwise it's the perfect rental. We'd definitely rent again.

Lovely lake retreat

Our family had such a wonderful time! Mark & Claudia are gracious hosts, and were very accommodating to our needs. The property is just beautiful! The home is newly adorned and there was plenty of room for our family of four plus our two dogs. Based on the property listing, we were surprised to find out that the owners live upstairs. We thought it would be a problem, but we came to find out that the Tibbetts are just a lovely couple. The only other thing is that the kitchen is not a full kitchen. There is a very nice flat-top grill outside that we used to make most of our meals. Overall, this place is a perfect spot for families. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place / Weird situation

So this property was done very well. It is in a great location of the lake (North Side) and grounds were beautiful and very well up kept. The decor inside the rental was also well done and you can tell that it’s all fairly new. We did not take advantage of the hot tub but everything seemed to be very clean. Mark was very easy o get ahold of and talk to. So why did I give a overall 2 star review of my stay.... 1. This unit does not have a stove/oven. With a family of our size (6)... we tend to cook more meals than not. Though we did eat out a good bit on this trip... when we cooked at our rental... we found it difficult to do as the griddle onsite was not ideal for us. Could be more of a personal preference. I used the griddle twice and the second time it was breezy and the flame kept going out. 2. One morning while my wife and I were enjoying coffee on the patio... we were unfortunately interrupted by the home owner on the upper deck speaking with a friend about what seemed to be family/friend drama. 3. When pulling up to the boat slip with my family... there were teens (could have been older) on the upper part of the dock... although they were very friendly... having my younger kids seeing 2 of them making out as the female was sitting in the lap of the young man in bathing suits seemed a little much. Just not for my group... maybe it’s ok for others 4. The younger kids at the property were cooking in the upper part of the house and set off the smoke detector off so I had to send my family out in the yard until I could figure out what was going on. I guess it just got a little smoky in the house. 5. Internet in the house went out so Mark had to come down to our part of the unit to reset the system. This was not a big deal with the exception of it being weird having to have someone go in and out of a place your staying in. 6. Lastly... and this is what I thought was the most unprofessional thing... Mark informed us on our 2nd to last day that he was bringing someone by to look at the unit. Apparently this person was interested in renting it and wanted to look at it... so.. during our rental period... the unit was shown to another potential renter while our stuff was inside. Now... We did extend a day (mainly because the family we were spending time with did) but this was advised before we came and again while we were there... this just seemed very tacky and unprofessional. Overall Nice place... but weird situation
