Beautiful second floor balcony. It does get hot at noon! But just amazing. Consider the spiral stairs... Fun but harder for older people. Great stay

Condo was extremely dirty when we arrived. 2 of the 3 bathrooms had black mold on the shower curtains. Not even sure if it was ever cleaned before we arrived. The pictures were nicer than the actual condo. For a penthouse that cost thousands of dollars it was not worth it. The place is run down so much that the touch up paint doesn’t even match the original paint in any room. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and will not stay there again.

Strange how all other guest have given us top reviews. My cleaner does a great job and takes pictures of all rooms when finished.

Three bedrooms three baths was perfect and cozy with a great view of the ocean. We saw Manatee and dolphins swimming in front of us. The facility had lots to offer. The pools were great and oceans Grill was good as well. We were there for the Iron Man 70.3 and could not have had a better location or stay.

We loved this condo. It was clean, the view was incredible, the amenities were fantastic and communication with the owners was very quick. We highly recommend
Rooftop cabana bed is perfect for enjoying a good book while enjoying the sun
Even cool days are perfect for sunset view with a mocktail and good book

Perfect location in PCB! The Condo was everything we were hoping for. The beds were extremely comfortable (with the softest linens!), the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs and the 3 bathrooms were a plus as each kid got their own :) We loved being able to sit and watch the waves roll in from both decks and the beach access was super easy. The pools were clean, never over crowded. We used the fitness center in the club house a few times - and just enjoyed walking around the resort and on the beach. Tommy was responsive throughout the check in process and our stay. We’ll be back!

This property is in a great location, direct beach access and food in the area is wonderful. We did not realize it was a slower season for the resort, so were sad that the beach bar was closed, but other than that the resort was quiet and the people were friendly. Bring beach towels.

Highly recommend, very clean and up to date condo with excellent views of ocean. Owner goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a memorable one. Edgewater is central to everything you need in PCB. Look forward to staying there again next September.

Nice condo and wonderful resort

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week it was wonderful. The condo was very clean with plenty of space and beautiful views. The resort and beach were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Convenient location for Gulf Coast 70.3!

Loved our stay for the Ironman Gulf Coast 70.3 weekend. Perfect location for easy race logistics for those in our party racing and the spectators had plenty to do to keep them occupied too! Would definitely come back and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Adults and kids loved the pools and hot tubs especially after their soccer tournament. Beach front was incredible - top notch. All appliances worked. Well stocked kitchen. Secured property a plus. Nice decor. Comfy beds. Location central to city activities and we enjoyed many locally owned restaurants in the area. Host responsed quickly.

Wonderful view whether inside or on the balcony. Pleasantly decorated. Comfortable bedrooms. Convenient access to lovely beach/pools/hot tubs. Mostly quiet and not busy while we were there. Owner rapidly responded to our questions. Heavy smoking on neighboring balconies kept us from using ours a few days. A bit worn. Additional basic supplies (tea bags, salt & pepper) would be nice, but not essential since grocery store is so close. Potholes and riptides with no lifeguards, so keep an eye on your party.I would rent again.
