Fuori dai sentieri ancora vicino alla pittoresca cittadina di Hayward ... il disco "fuori" fa parte del divertimento ... La casa sul lago è spaziosa, semi-isolata e confortevole ... 3 BR / 3 BA, 2 camere familiari, 2 caminetti, 2 ponti spaziosi, 2 focolari ... Ottima vista dell'isola! Ora abbiamo anche AC ... Litorale alberato con area di nuotata con fondo di sabbia e grande pesca ... a 1300 acri Cat Cat Tiger di 6 laghi ... grande fauna selvatica e kayak ... ragazze / vacanza di golf! ... Fantastico rifugio autunnale / invernale, anche - sulla pista 14 e 19 delle motoslitte, vicino a Birkie XC Ski / Mt. Percorsi in bici e percorsi ATV ... e anche fantastici percorsi in bicicletta! ! Hideaway HIPP ha qualcosa per tutti. Grande per R & R. Le avventure morbide abbondano. Oltre al buon nuoto, pesca, canoa, kayak, mountain bike, ciclismo su strada, escursioni, sci di fondo, motoslitte e golf .... abbiamo anche accesso a negozi, ristoranti, antiquariato, ecc. Abbiamo ragione su Fall Color Tour # 1! Portate la vostra barca o affittare uno. L'atterraggio della barca con (buca per il nuoto e altalena) si chiude comodamente! Rampa / diga / foro e altalena per la barca = facilmente calpestabile + facilmente navigabile.

Il noleggio della cabina include l'uso delle nostre 2 Canoe, 1 kayak e 1 pedalò: non si paga nulla per niente qui! Questi sono grandi per esplorare la catena di 6 laghi e vie d'acqua interconnesse (si pensi 'Wisconsin Everglades' ...) O portage intorno alla diga per l'accesso ad un'altra area naturale!

Lakehome DETTAGLI: 2 livello, cedro lati. Livello superiore anche con strada privata, avvolgere intorno alla piattaforma. Livello inferiore più vicino al lago w / grande 20 'x 40' ponte w / posti a sedere e un dondolo. Elevazione media (ad es. Grandi viste) ... Ci sono 35 meandri passi al lago dal livello inferiore. Pensate a questo se avete bambini o ospiti anziani in gruppo. In genere non è un grosso problema, ma sappi che non siamo all'altezza del lago.

INTERNI: 2200 piedi quadrati. Decorato in temi Nord in alto. Livello superiore ha una grande sala con camino, divano avvolgente, zona pranzo e cucina tutte con vista lago. Camera matrimoniale e bagno, camera ospiti e bagno principale sono anche a livello 'alto'. Lower sciopero livello ha grande famiglia / TV / sala giochi + cameretta con letto a castello della regina, una lavanderia e un ampio bagno. Vi è un divano-letto nella stanza dei giochi di livello inferiore.

LAGO / Area: Lago casa si trova su 2 acri di terreno boscoso da 200 acri di tigre Cat Lake ... che fa parte del 1300 acri Tiger Cat catena di 6 Laghi. Albero facciata rivestita con un fondo di sabbia zona di nuotare e in riva al lago pozzo del fuoco. Grande lago per la pesca! Ottimo posto per avventure attivi o per rilassarsi. Breve sul posto sentieri attraverso i boschi. Siamo vicini alle piste Birkie (chilometri di sentieri erbosi curati attraverso colline ondulate) Canestro da basket nel vialetto, ferri di cavallo, calcio balilla e giochi da tavolo a bizzeffe. Oltre 300 video e DVD (bambino / classico / famiglia / azione / romanticismo). Sì, abbiamo un video player!

The rental had everything we needed. The deck and outside spaces were relaxing and peaceful for family bonding. We enjoyed the fire pit. It had good access to ATV trails.

This cabin is exceptional. Very well maintained, comfortable and clean. Very unique in that it has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Birch logs at driveway entrance help you know you are in the right place especially in the dark. Host is very communicative and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was just as pictured, with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The lake was absolutely lovely, and everyone enjoyed the kayaks, lily pads, and boats; swimming and fishing. Our group included both adults and children, and every guest had a blast. It was a great place for relaxing, spending time together, and making memories. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to come back!

The house was perfect for our stay. Check in was a breeze, it was very clean and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Running into town for bait and supper clubs only took a 20 minute jaunt. We caught a bunch of bass right off the pier, a large musky and a ton of perch in the bay and a monster northern right around the corner by the boat launch. Having the boat launch so close is a huge bonus. Also, there were 3 100' extension cords to charge the trolling batteries overnight. The fire pit was wonderful to sit around at the end of the night to enjoy a few beverages and to listen to the loons. Overall an A

Great place to stay. Plenty of utensils available, shampoo, everything you need is there! Beautiful view of the lake! There are a lot of stairs to go down to the lake which are not steep but may be an issue for some. The home was clean and very roomy. We give it a 10!!

Thanks Karen- we love our cleaners! And we agree the 72 steps to the lake can be a challenge for some. We followed watershed protection guidelines in building 70’ from the pond. We wanted to help maintain Tiger Cat’s rating in the top category for healthiest lakes in Wisconsin. We include the steps to the lake upfront in reasons NOT to come rent from us on the listing. The meandering trek back to the cabin is rewarded with great island views though:)

If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, true Wisconsin lake place experience, you'd be hard pressed to find a better spot. The loons call throughout the day. There's no nearby traffic. And what neighbors there are respect your privacy, (as we respected theirs.) The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had more spices than I expected. We kept the grill busy. And everybody in our group slept like buried rocks. (The black out curtains, no doubt.)There are canoes and kayaks, but it's also a beautiful area for leisurely walks. The board games and foosball table will bring you back. As does the DVD collection. (We watched Footloose. Kevin Bacon; so young!)If you're looking for flaws, the water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but it gets the job done. And we ran out of plastic garbage bags. But big whoop. All in all, highly recommend!

Thanks for review, Emily ! We were the first place on the cove and the neighbors to the right got a variance to build on the peninsula. We don't see /hear them much. The new neighbors to the left are the closest -- and are pretty quiet. We replanted or kept as many trees as we could between houses -- and staggered the decks so we don't see anyone from our decks while we are out there (one of MY requirements ... I like to have coffee in my jammies in the morning and prefer not to be seen! :) When we lose our leave coverage you can see the houses, but not the decks/ outdoor hangout areas.

Great getaway

Was a nice place to stay. Everything we needed was right there or a short ride into Hayward. Fishing was great and parking for the boat right on site made life easy.

Great getaway! We’ve been back two years now!

Great quiet lake and property with awesome swimming area for 6-11 year olds. We also rented a pontoon and enjoyed exploring the lake.

Great stay

Hipp’s is a nice quiet place to stay. Great calm lake to fish and canoe. Nice deck to spend time with friends and family. Great communication with owner.

My husband and I bought Hipp's Hideaway for rental purposes in 2001. We had been in the rental business for 18 years in St. Paul, MN, and thought we'd try something more 'fun'. We were able to get in on the building process add many of the finishing touches ourselves. As we were seasoned vacaton renters, we were able to keep the needs of renters in mind. Our goal was ... and is.. to make you feel like it is YOUR place during your stay......

We selected Hayward as a great rental area, then looked at 31 properties. We were always drawn back to Tiger Cat Cove. Yes, it was strong in all the basic 'investment oriented' things... large wooded lot, good frontage, good sized lakehome, but also had an amazing serenity piece that the others didn't. Our guestbook at the cabin can attest to this as well... come check us out!

We were determined to invest in an area that would welcome us AND our guests, and Hayward fit the bill. There are tons of things to do right at the cabin, nearby, or in town. Great dining options abound. The superior water clarity into the fall, the sand bottom frontage, and the varied woods surrounding the property kept drawing us back. PLUS, as I emphasized above -- it had that special feel ~~~ that serenity piece. Grab a local wine, sit on the dock and listen to the loon calls.

Well paved backroads for walks and biking. Fun chain of lakes to explore +++ great fishing. Cabin comes with 2 canoes, a single AND a double kayak and a paddleboat. Rent a SUP or a pontoon or bring your own boat. U shaped dock great for tying up your boat.

Free evening concerts featuring the loons, accompanied by the bull frogs. Crickets will chime in as well. Occasional taps are played at sunset by a local vet who lives on the lake.
Suggested finale is to finish off your concert experience watching the dance & crackle of a lakeside campfire and take in the visual array of the evening stars and moon against the pitch black sky... Bring your flashlight it gets pitch black dark if there isn't a full moon ! Upper firepit has been added for those lazy nights...
