Nuova lista. Completamente rinnovato e arredato di nuovo dentro e fuori. 1900sqft. 3 B / R, 2 1/2 bagno di casa con ampia vista sul lago espansiva. MBR ha una porta scorrevole sul ponte privato che si affaccia sul lago. Pontile coperto con 2 elevatori per imbarcazioni. Il bacino ha piattaforma elevata con il pozzo del fuoco esterno sezionale e del gas. Cenare all'aperto sul secondo ponte sotto il gazebo coperto completo di lampadario. Terzo patio è proiettato con bellissimi mobili da giardino per il caffè del mattino con vista sul lago. Cucina completamente attrezzata per tutte le vostre esigenze di cottura. Casa può ospitare 10 persone. Porta la tua barca da sci, il tuo pontone, la canoa, il paddle board e le tue moto d'acqua. Dock ha spazio per tutti i tuoi giocattoli del lago. Brought my daughters and a couple friends for a weekend at the lake. The house was great, so many outdoor seating areas for everyone to hang out together or separately. The instruction video for the boat was great, as we aren’t experienced boaters. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy it again!

What a wonderful place to be! House and property is fully loaded with modern appliances and amenities to make the stay as comforting and convenient as possible during the stay. So many places to hang outside and enjoy the fire pits, multiple outdoor tvs, and the great views of the lake. Enjoyed swimming and catching a bunch of panfish from the dock. The boat was incredible to have the entire stay considering the marina charges almost 600 a day for pontoons! The town of Albemarle is 15 mins away and has every store you might need during your trip and lots of places to eat. The hosts were very friendly and a phone call away when we had questions. We will most definitely book again!

What an amazing trip! Perfect location on the lake and close to stores for any of your needs. Sebastian answered any questions we had very quickly, and even spoke with me about tips on using the pizza oven. Glad he did or else we wouldn’t have used it every day like we did due to how amazing the pizzas turned out. Loved having a TV in any areas we were hanging out at outside. Taking the boat out was icing on the cake and saved us tons of money on a 500 a day boat rental. The video sent was very helpful when it came to operations on the boat. (Lower that Bimini top people!)We had a terrible storm and lost power, but his investment on a generator saved our whole Friday night . We had a 10 month old with us and would’ve had to cut the trip short if we had no power for the 6 hour duration it was out. It ran everything other than the stove, which we didn’t need anyways. Highly recommend this property to any one looking for a great weekend on the lake!

Amazing property with all the outdoor amenities you could hope for! The view was spectacular and close to Uwharrie National Forest, Very clean and comfortable and pet friendly! We absolutely loved our stay. The host was very friendly and promptly answered all questions and concerns. I highly recommend staying here!

Wow! Great vacay place. The outdoors areas were the best. Outdoor cooking overlooking the lake, late night fires and gorgeous boat rides on the beautiful lake. The outside was so great all while the house was just as great. Cannot wait to go back next year!

Location was perfect for enjoying the lake! Boat was a wonderful perk and made enjoying all the lake had to offer so fun. We loved the outdoor kitchen and had a fun pizza night with the pizza oven!

Clean, excellent accommodations with perfect location on the lake. Perfectly set up for entertainment with your family and friends! The added benefit of being able to use the boat was fantastic. Great host! Would definitely recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back!

The house was perfect for our family’s stay and the views were absolutely breathtaking! We came for Thanksgiving and the kitchen worked out beautifully to serve up our huge meal. Communication with the owners was outstanding. Any time I had a question or need it was answered within minutes. Cant recommend this place highly enough!

I am from New York. I bought this lake house after falling in love with Lake Tillery while visiting a longtime friend over the past few years. I am an airline pilot and travel extensively so I am not easily impressed but I was sold on this property as soon as I saw the beautiful lake views and the amazing dock spaces.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This property has an expansive main channel Waterview and an oversized two-story dock with two boat lifts. The location of the house puts it as close to downtown Albermarle, with all of its shops and stores, as you can possibly get and still be lakefront. Very convenient 7 min drive.
