Thank you for staying at Phoenix East II 2052 and for the 4‑star review. Sorry the building signage and directions were confusing and that reaching us by phone was difficult. We’ve shared your feedback with our operations team so they can update the listing and pre‑arrival instructions, improve on‑site signage, and review phone responsiveness. I’m glad you enjoyed the apartment and the balcony/beach access — we’ve also passed notes to maintenance and housekeeping to address the baseboards, sink hose, and reinforce pre‑arrival checks. We’ll clarify the 10:00am checkout/key‑code change in our arrival materials so future guests aren’t caught off guard. Thank you again for the feedback; we hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.
