Casa del Sol è la più recente aggiunta alla famiglia di cabine Whitetail Oaks! Questa cabina di recente costruzione nel Texas Hill Country si trova a circa 15 minuti a nord-ovest del centro di Fredericksburg, vicino alla storica comunità di Cherry Springs.

Cabina privata in campagna con un letto king size, un delizioso bagno con vasca con i piedini, una doccia separata e una cucina completa con elettrodomestici di dimensioni standard per cucinare il pasto perfetto. Gli ospiti potranno inoltre godere di due incantevoli caminetti interni insieme a una TV a grande schermo con lettore Blue-Ray (sentiti libero di portare con te il tuo film preferito). We loved our stay!

I just left a Google review. It was everything I was looking for in a romantic getaway. I would make sure the bathroom has air freshener or a fan installed, and some type of Clorox cleanup to clean the toilet during the stay.

Great place

Thank you for a wonderful private place to stay. We enjoyed the hummingbirds and all the other birds out in front. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the main room and the bathroom as well. Really liked the quietness and privacy of the country. We love the hill country. Had a good time hiking on Enchanted Rock 1 day and enjoyed the drive from your directions.

Perfect Anniversary getaway

This was the perfect honeymoon stay for us! This cabin was peaceful and secluded just far enough away from town. The bed was super comfortable and had all the amenities needed for the weekend. I cannot wait to book this cabin again!

Perfect get away

We both really need this get away. From kids, jobs, animals, and people in general. We loved the secludedness of the cabin. We took advantage of the fire pit both nights and I think that was our favorite part. We never actually got in the hot tub but it looked nice too. Thank you for a perfect weekend.

Relaxing and Peaceful

Such a great little cabin with all the amenities needed plus the hot tub. It was just a great place and very soothing. Will definitely come again.

Peaceful and perfect

Absolutely amazing and relaxing

We stayed for 6 nights and absolutely adored the cabin, the bed was comfortable, we bought our own movies due to no WiFi but was happy to see there were good options provided, the woodsy area was absolutely beautiful waking up early in the morning watching the sunrise and seeing all the wildlife. 10/10 would definitely recommend this cabin!

Great Get Away

Cabin description and pictures were exactly has portrayed. It was a great little place in nature. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Hot tub was great to relax in and watch the deer and other wildlife. It was a nice relaxing time for us.

Close to Nature

We sat on the front porch drinking our coffee watching the hummingbirds fly in and out under the porch. Listening to nature where you can see the stars. Best cabin around.

We loved it. The hot tub was the highlight. We took in 2 days of sights in Fredericksburg. We loved the Pacific War Museum, Pioneer Museum and the Fredericksburg Winery. This was our second visit in the last 5 mos and we still haven’t taken all that Fredericksburg has to see and experience

Remote and refreshing

Was a wonderful excape from the world. Cell phone wouldn't get a signal and outside the random car passing by, the peace was amazing.

Perfect spot for relaxation

The area was beautiful with all the wild flowers in bloom. The cabin was nice and comfy and had everything. The hot tub was great to sit in during the evening hours. The outside shower was AMAZING!! We never even used the inside shower or tub. We enjoyed watching the birds coming in and out of the birdhouses as we sat in the hot tub. One young buck came in for water during the evening hours. Dont forget to bring cat food to feed the feral black cats who guard the cabin. We really enjoyed the area and hope to be back next year!

Peaceful and Liberating

Where do I start? My husband and I went looking for a peaceful getaway and definitely found it here. Everything was as described and beautifully designed. The outdoor shower was wonderful!! We enjoyed every moment we shared there. There is no internet so we were unplugged for the duration of our time and it was very liberating! We would definitely recommend this little cabin of peacefulness.

Cleaning crew

Everything was great no complaints excet for cleanliness... under the bed is horrible dusty and has other paper stuff underneath bed also the baseboards, windowsills, hearth, curtains & blinds was really dusty ... and we pay for the cleaning FEE ....ADD to the bill and all that stuff hasn't been clean in a long while i got pictures of it all but we overlooked that and enjoyed our stay ... im sorry but i notice details im very OCD .... BUT WE ENJOYED EVERYTHING THANK YOU! would we stay again? .... yes .. probably would.... so the "cleaning services" isnt up to par..... ... thank you again

Whitetail Oakes

The cabin was is too far from town, we go into Fredericksburg twice daily when we stay in the Fredericksburg area. The gate to the property is a lock and chain and is inconvenient to open and close twice a day. The hot tub was dirty and had not been cleaned since two other couples had stayed at the cabin. We don't know for sure but we suspect that the sheets had not been changed after the previous couple left. The water pressure was low. The outside shower was great, the best part of the cabin. The day before we were leaving the hot tub was serviced, cleaned and drained and refilled with fresh water. We could not use the hot tub until the evening because of the chemicals that had to be added earlier. The last night we were there we were trying to use the hot tub and were overcome by a swarm of mosquitoes. We were bitten 15-20 times. If you stay here make sure and take plenty of repellent. We will not stay here again.

Quiet Cabin in the Hill Country

Overall, everything was great. The cabin was as listed, and the area was quiet and well-kept. There was minimal interaction with the property management, which was great because we came and went as we pleased, making it feel like our own little cabin. I do have two "complaints" (if you can call them that), though: 1. The address listed on VRBO needs to be corrected. The GPS coordinates are correct, but the address is not. The management company informed us via email when it was time to check in, but we were already at the wrong location. It was a minor inconvenience, more annoying than anything. 2. These owners have multiple similarly designed cabins, but for some reason, this cabin does not have an entire wall between the bathroom and the rest of the cabin (it is not 100% clear from the photos). If this is your first getaway with your partner, or you would like complete privacy when using the lavatory, I suggest booking one of their other cabins. Again, it has the same/similar layout, but the other cabins appear (from the photos) to have full walls, ceiling to floor.
