Two couples shared this house and it was perfect for us! Fully equipped and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We would definitely recommend booking this place!

The house and property were amazing! The location is so beautiful and secluded, and it is right on the river. The house had everything we needed for our family, including lots of games and toys for our kids.

Happy Peach was Wonderful ! The river is your back yard, in clear view from the home where nature and its' sounds can be heard all day long making the outdoors peaceful and tranquil ...The home was clean, well stocked (if you forgot anything,don't worry, it is probably there already :), and very comfortable. Happy Peach has interior decor that when observed closely, serves as messages for the soul. Take the time to look at or read everything surrounding you. You will not be disappointed!Callie was accommodating , responsive , friendly and a pleasure to work with.The location was perfect; near shopping, restaurants and not too far from Shenandoah National Park...Take a trip here, enjoy your stay! You will not be disappointed !!

Our stay for our anniversary at the Happy Peach was perfect! Everything was spotless, and there is nothing you could have wanted that wasn't provided - the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend the house, the location, and the hosts were wonderful to deal with. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Everything was great. House was clean and just how described. It was close to the water and we loved the screened in porch. It was close enough to town to explore and yet secluded enough for a peaceful getaway. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. When I texted Callie, she responded quickly. I am looking forward to booking again

There are simply not enough words to describe the location, the kindness of our host Callie, and the wonderful stay at the Happy Peach. From beginning to end everything was better than we hoped and we were very sad to leave this new favorite gem we found! The house is clean and so intriguing with the fun atmosphere both in decor and the beautiful river just steps away. Close to town if that is what you are looking for but also so private and relaxing you will be we want to leave. We cannot wait to visit again soon! Thank you again Callie for a wonderful girls getaway

The home was very easy to find and such a peaceful drive there. The view of the river was nice and easy to walk down to with the kids. The home was clean and was fully stocked with everything anyone who would want to cook. Callie reached out and was so kind and ensured we found the house and were having a good time.Would definitely stay again!!

I have been vacationing at the beach and other places 1 - 2 times a year for over 50 years. This was by far the best for having everything you need or might need. I always take my own towels and sheets but left them in the car at this house. I would love to visit again.

Relaxing Stay

Enjoyed our stay at Happy Peach. We had everything there we needed and the location was scenic and relaxing. The house was cozy and inviting. We really liked the screened in porch.

Excellent stay

Excellent place to stay, peaceful, quiet, can easily relax here. Still was able to drive to do some sightseeing. This has been one of our favorite places to stay. Hopefully we can come back some day. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent getaway!

We had a great time at the Happy Peach! House was fantastic and river access was amazing for tubing and wading. We highly recommend Happy Peach for anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway with close proximity to shops and restaurants.

WONDERFUL PLACE

Nice clean place that has a great location and really everything that you need. Kids loved fishing and tubing and we had a nice relaxing get away. Definitely recommend.

Relaxing weekend at the happy peach

We had a great time at this property! Nice and quiet, secluded enough to feel disconnected to the world but close enough to Town to get almost anything you needed. We enjoyed the river and the firepir here, and the wildlife that paid us visits.
