Incredibile casa sul lago a 3 piani su Sam Rayburn nella zona di Tiger Creek. Questa proprietà è proprio sull'acqua con viste incredibili. Ci sono 3 piani con un bagno completo su ogni piano. La camera da letto principale è all'ultimo piano con un letto king size e ha un balcone privato con vista sul lago. C'è anche una camera a castello al 3 ° piano che può ospitare 16 persone, un bagno completo con vasca / doccia e un bagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice nuovissime. La camera da letto al piano centrale ha due letti queen size e un bagno completo con vasca / doccia. La cucina è al piano intermedio aperta sulla camera familiare con TV a schermo piatto da 60 pollici e conduce all'enorme balcone con posti a sedere con vista sul lago. La camera da letto al piano inferiore ha anche letti queen size, un bagno completo con doccia e un altro soggiorno / sala giochi con tv. C'è anche una seconda cucina al piano inferiore. Il piano inferiore conduce ad un altro patio con posti a sedere. Adiacente alla casa sul lago sul retro c'è un grande gazebo con molti posti a sedere e vista sul lago.

Great place for big families that enjoy the outdoor space!

Great place with lots of amenities for our group of 20. Game room on the bottom floor was great for kids. Two well stocked kitchens accommodated all of our food prep needs. Waterfront was nice for fishing and ski boats. Owner was very responsive. This is our second stay at the house and we plan on returning!

Great Trip

Great house for a big group! House was very nice and the outside areas were great. Whole group had a blast and caught plenty of fish. Would highly recommend for a family get together or a group fishing trip.

Perfect for mutiple families

House was perfect for our family vacation. Ample space for 20 of us. We enjoyed having plenty of room to gather together and to spread out. Balconies were wonderful for sitting and visiting.

Awesome place

This place is awesome! We have a large family and had plenty of room. The place was clean, had everything we needed and then some. The view of the lake and sunsets were great. This house is designed for entertaining a large crowd and we highly recommend it! Thank you to the Sullivan family for sharing you house we will definitely be back!

Family reunion

Great house , plenty of space and beds, excellent outdoor space , large amount of seating outside . Great lakefront view . For a house that sleeps 26 there should be more bathroom linens and the downstairs kitchen needs some TLC . I would rent it again

Had a Blast!

The Sullivans property is awesome for a big great group with plenty of beds. Very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed! The best part was all the room outside and right on the water. You can leave your boat out on the bank! We had a blast.

Great Lake House

Had a wonderful stay at this well-apportioned lake home. The property had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend this home to large families and friend groups who want a fun gathering place with amazing sunsets over the lake.

Beautiful. Relaxing. An experience

Had a blast and it was literally the perfect getaway. The view was breath taking, and loved watching the sun come up and set everyday. The house was so roomy and plenty spacious, even more than the photos show. Everything that was needed was there , like toilet tissue and paper towels, regular towels etc. and the host was very easy to get in contact with.

Great communication with the property owner

House was clean when we got there. The house is set up very nicely to accommodate large groups. Pots, Pans, BBQ pits, and propane were all onsite and ready to use. The back sitting area has a great view of the lake and also set up very nicely. They even had ropes attached to trees to be able to keep our boats in the water and tie them up.

2020 Sam Reyburn

Our family of 22 persons ranging from 8 months to 93 years thoroughly enjoyed the property. Everything was exactly as described. Groceries were closeby at Dollar General or 17 miles away in Jasper. We swam, canoes, fished, and launched our boat at nearby Mills Creek. Being Lakefront allowed for amazing sunsets, bird watching, bonfires and just general R&R! Owner was easy to reach for some minor issues. We will be back!

Above and beyond

Eric is a fabulous property manager! The house in itself is amazing, totally stocked, several perk amenities (canoe!), very clean. But when we had a few requests and a couple of property hiccups, he was quick to reapond via the app, text and he even called personally to check on us! He more than did more than manage, I would more appropriately call it concierge service. Definitely booking again next year!

Thanksgiving with the whole family

We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving stay at lake Sam Rayburn. Eric’s lake house exceeded our expectations! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! We were a large group that consisted of teenagers, college kids, and adults. This home was set up so well that we never felt crowded and were easily able to prepare our Thanksgiving feast for the family. The downstairs game room and extra kitchen was a big hit with the teenagers! Each night we sat around the campfire and made lots of memories! Our fishermen caught huge Bass right around the corner from the lake house, and the kids enjoyed exploring the lake in the canoe. Eric was always available to answer questions or make suggestions if we needed anything. We would love to plan another trip with our family if Eric will have us again!

Disappointed

The third floor had cobwebs, the sinks especially downstairs were not nasty dirty and well as the refrigerators. Both gas grill and charcoal grill were beyond dirty. There was a sewage problem that caused you to sink in nasty mud trying to get to the lake. I voiced all this to the owner. I was told I would get a discount but never did

Summer lake trip

The house was big and nice, as advertised. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beds for everyone - some complained about the beds but mine was plenty comfortable. Lots of seating areas inside and out. The location is perfect for the south end of the lake. It is close to all the islands and public boat ramp, but tucked just out of the way from all the boat traffic. We found ourselves skiing and swimming mostly in the tiger creek arm close to the house. The beach in front of the house had a fair amount of sand (Not rocky at all) and was fine for beaching the boats and tying up overnight. Our only complaints were the neighbor’s dog that showed up on Friday and barked a lot. Especially early in the morning or anytime someone walked outside. The girls had some complaints about a few bugs and roaches on the bottom floor but it wasn’t a major deal. Overall it is a very nice house in a perfect location and we will definitely return whenever we have a big a group.
