La posizione è tutto in questo spazioso condominio con tre camere da letto e due bagni situato nel condominio di Ocean Park. Sei a meno di 400 piedi dall'oceano, a pochi passi dalla piscina e dalla vasca idromassaggio, dal vicino Fort Clinch State Park ea solo due miglia dalla storica Downtown Fernandina Beach.


L'open space dalla cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno abbraccia la vista sull'oceano dal balcone privato di grandi dimensioni. Nice place, one of the bathrooms had a broken bathtub that they repaired but teenagers wouldn’t use it. Was told they plan on replacing it in the future.

This condo was a great fit for my family (wife and two young boys) and I on our vacation to Amelia Island. We went to the beach every day and were grateful for the beach chairs and wagon, as well as the proximity to the beach, which made getting there super easy. The balcony was also nice to spend time on enjoying the water views and warm air. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen items, towels, and basics like paper towels and laundry and dishwasher detergent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this condo again if we return to the area in the future!

Mother/Daughter annual get away

The condo was everything we had pictured and more. It was so beautiful and the there of us loved our bedroom! The place was clean and so organized The ground were delightful and clean. We had to change our original dates because of a hurricane, Dana was so helpful and always cheerful! I felt like I was talking with a friend. We would give them 10 stars if we could! Joody

Wonderful stay! Beautiful views, spacious common rooms with fabulous furnishings. Spic and span throughout with everything you might need to start your stay off right. Chasta and Dana were just a call or text away. We loved staying here and were also grateful for the umbrellas provided (along with a buggy, chairs and other beach items) in the outside closet.

Wonderful place for 3 friends to gather for a week. Clean property with many amenities. Accurate description. Nice views. Walking distance to beach. Great food choices close by. Good communication with manager. Easy arrival and departure.

Excellent property I would recommend

Clean, furniture in excellent condition, mattresses were comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Half a block from the beach, views are beautiful. I highly recommend staying here.

For the most part our stay was wonderful.

For the most part our stay was wonderful. A few minor inconveniences - our elevator was not operating so we needed to use stairs or elevator on other end of building. And the pool was shut down for cleaning. Chasta was wonderful. Returned calls/texts in a timely manner. Went out of her way when our pool was shut down due to maintenance.

First trip to Florida

This property was great for our group. Three nice size bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with plenty of counter space, made it easy for 4 grown women to get ready on time. The sunrise view from the balcony was amazing. Would definitely rent this property again!

Close to everything

We had a lovely stay at this property. It’s right across the street from the beach, pool is right on sight, having bikes and beach gear right there was great. The kitchen had everything you could need and I loved having a full sized washer and dryer.

Great Place

Spacious rooms, great location, great master bath, well equipped kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to town. Also near Ft Clinch and Eagan’s Creek Greenway. Chasta was responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Fernandinho Beach, but have always stayed south of Sadler Rd. We really enjoyed being closer to town and within view of the beach. The condo was wonderful.. Chasta was very helpful and responsive. Very easy to deal with.

Stay at Ocean Park Ferdanina Beach

The property was as pictured...spacious, nice furniture, kitchen that overlooked the living areas, balcony, 3 bedrooms. We had 3 parking spaces and used 2 of them. The weather was too chilly to use the pool, but hot tub was nice. We had a couple of things missing and when we called Chasta, she came immediately to remendy what was missing. It was a great stay...2 nice restaurants within walking distance...great beach...state park.

I received a prompt reply to my call when the code didn’t work at check in. The only comment I have about check out: we went for a walk on the beach and when we got back 9:00/9:30 there was a person cleaning the condo. It was obvious that we were still there and when we walked back in instead of leaving she continues to clean. It was awkward and we felt rushed to leave.
