Splendidamente decorato, accessibile ai disabili, nuovo 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, condominio indipendente con aria centrale. Questa casa di 2500 piedi quadrati vanta 3 piani di spazio abitativo ciascuno con un bagno completo e dormire per un totale di 9 comodamente. Accanto alla White Mountain National Forest, esci dalla porta di sentieri e Diana's Bath. Vicino a tutte le piste da sci, negozi e attrazioni North Conway ha da offrire. Situato in posizione strategica a soli 2 km dal villaggio e minuti a Story Land, negozi outlet e tutte le località della valle.

Il livello inferiore di sciopero finito è come avere un bellissimo appartamento all'interno della casa. Con il secondo soggiorno con camino a gas, la sala da pranzo e la cucina, il bagno completo, la camera da letto e l'area di intrattenimento, questo rende la vacanza perfetta per due famiglie !!

La zona giorno principale ha un'entrata a rampa su un piano di vita aperto, un abito da camera da letto matrimoniale con vasca accessibile e terrazza privata da cui è possibile ascoltare le cascate vicine. La cucina è stata descritta come gourmet, in quanto è così ben attrezzata! Il secondo piano ha due lussuose camere da letto di grandi dimensioni che si uniscono a una vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi.

Shopping outlet, arrampicata su roccia, discesa, sci di fondo, sci notturno, racchette da neve e gite in slitta tradizionale aggiungono alla lista infinita di attività. Porta la tua fotocamera in autunno per il fogliame spettacolare mentre fai un giro sulla Conway Scenic Railroad. In estate, ci godiamo il kayak e la canoa sul Saco. Il lago Echo è raggiungibile a piedi o tramite internet ad alta velocità, calcio balilla e altri giochi e video per coloro che non vogliono uscire di casa!

North Conway Summer of 2021

The location was great, close to area attractions and downtown North Conway. We could walk to Diana's Bath from the property. The owners were great to work with and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Family Accessibility

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful and accessible home. With a family member who is wheelchair bound it is challenging to find a place that can accommodate us. This house worked out great! Main floor is fully accessible and the house had everything we could have asked for. Would love to visit again and include some extended family as the house could comfortably sleep 10-12. Owner was so responsive to questions and even called to check in on us! Highly recommend!

A beautiful property

Nestled in the White mountain national Forest this beautiful property offers a quiet retreat yet remains within reach of all the area has to offer. Comfortably housed a family of six with ample space for all. Every accompaniment required was found which made us feel immediately at home. The owner communicated each nuance perfectly insuring a seamless stay.

Fantastic location and lovely condo!

We (family of 4) had a lovely getaway at this relaxing and clean house. We walked to Diana's Bath - such a treat given the extremely long line to get in. Quiet neighborhood - house has a deck which allows you to relax and listen to the woods. House is very large - well appointed and clean. Would recommend for a family or group - you will not be disappointed.

Perfect spot for getaway

The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host very responsive. The place can accommodate a lot if people with ease. We were 8 including a toddler and everyone had plenty of space. Second Stay and Still Perfect!

We stayed at Katie & Bill's a few years ago and loved it. So, we decided to stay again. Was not disappointed! We come to North Conway every year and this property is, by far, the cleanest and most comfortable we have ever stayed at. We will keep coming back! Thank you Katie and Bill.

We have been renting this house for many years and it is always a great time. The house is very well maintained and lots of room for everyone. The owners are wonderful and great if you ever have questions. The location works for shopping, dining, and other things around the area. Can’t wait to go back next year!!!

great place

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy and short walk to Diana's Bath which is helpful since parking is so difficult there. Good place for multiple families as there are bedrooms on three floors, as well as two kitchens. Kitchen and house have all that you need. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Short drive to Storyland and to shops and restaurants in North Conway.

Very nice and convenient

Lovely detached condo in quiet wooded area, yet conveniently just minutes from town. Owners communicative. Great for a family getaway, or a group of friends for a ski weekend.

Serene oasis

Great layout for three generations to spend time together. Having at least one bedroom and a full bath on each level gave each family privacy. The general living area was spacious. The toys and puzzles were much enjoyed by the younger members of our group. The older members appreciated having ample cutting boards and knives as well as plenty of dishes, etc. to facilitate food preparation. There were many thoughtful touches such as when I was thinking a night light would be useful with younger children, I easily located one. We loved being nestled in the woods but yet we still had easy access to different activities. Being able to walk through the woods to Diana's Baths is just incredible especially during a hot spell when the parking lot was full. With only short drives, we were able to go tubing on the Saco River, swim at Echo Lake, hike around the top of Cathedral Ledges as well as achieve a beautiful hike to Arethusa Falls. The deck and grill worked well for our barbecues. It was easy to get to North Conway for takeout pizza. The owners were easy to communicate with. We (five adults and four children) are eager to return next summer.

Wonderful time

Thank you Katie for allowing us to rent your condo for the weekend. The place is amazing! The condo is a stand alone home at the end of the condo community allowing for privacy and seclusion. The house has 3 floors with large bathrooms on each. It was big enough for all 10 of us and felt very homey. Katie was quick to respond to our booking request as well as available through out. She called to make sure that everything was ok our first night and told us about a walking path to Diana's bath. This was huge as the line to drive into Diana's bath was extremely long. Avoided that mess. We all agreed that next time we have to stay longer than a weekend! Thank you Katie

This property was excellent. Perfect for a large family or handicapped folks.

We booked this property for a week, however, my husband was hospitalized and only our son was there for the week. My husband and I were able to make it for 3 nights and it was perfect. He has Parkinson's Disease and this place was so handicapped accessible for him. Katie and Bill I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed your home. We cannot wait to go back. PS: I hate to give such a good review because I am afraid you won't have any room left for us again. Thanks again for the excellent communication. It means more than you can know. Things are looking up for us. Please take good care. Have a wonderful holiday season in the north country.

Great long weekend!

We had a fabulous time at Katie and Bill’s condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed including a crib and high chair for our son, which saved us from having to pack those things! The location could not be better, it is a short walk to Diana’s bath and about a 5 minute drive to Echo Lake. It is also only about a 10 minute drive to the village shops including Zebs, which my kids love. My son cried upon leaving because he didn’t want to leave the house! We can’t wait to visit again next year!!!

A Great Vacation Rental

This is our second time at Katie and Bill’s condo. It is the perfect home away from home. The condo is located in a serene location, a few miles from the hustle and bustle of the center of North Conway. It is spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable with all the creature comforts of home. The condo is within walking distance of the popular Diana’s bath and a short drive to Echo Lake. There were also many areas nearby to swim along the Saco River. I liked the fact that Katie was a phone call away in case you encountered any problems. I’ve rented a number of homes over the past few years in New Hampshire, and I can say with certainty that Katie and Bill’s condo is by far the best.

Our new yearly vacation rental

We have been traveling to this area for 5 years and every year our rental lets us down but not this year! The accommodations were really great, the home is large and fit our family of 5 wonderfully and could actually have additional people if we had wanted to. The items she has stocked to use are great, home was clean upon arrival, the owner was amazing and checked in on us a couple of times. Good rentals are hard to find in this area but the location and layout of this rental is one our family will absolutely be returning to next year!

Perfect Ski Getaway Rental Home for Family or Group

We rented this property in February had an awesome 4 day ski outing for my brother and his family and my family. The house is exactly as described, is very clean and has all the supplies you would need for a time away from home. The main living area is spacious and open and the kitchen worked out very well for us. The three bedrooms on the main and upper level had comfortable beds and plenty of space. All the bathrooms were clean and in good condition. The downstairs area on lower level living area and bedroom is great for kids to sleep and hang out with their own TV area. The home is on quiet side of town nestled into the woods in a private setting. The owners were great to deal with and all components of the rental experience went great. The house was ready when arrived and simple steps to take to lock up and check out when done. Overall would recommend to anyone with a family looking for a reasonable rental close enough to town and skiing all at a great price. We definitely want to go back on our next trip to North Conway.

Perfect!

We travel to North Conway every year, but have never been able to stay for more than 3 days. We have an older autistic son who has always become anxious after a few days. Not this time! The spacious layout of the home, the central air, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings were perfect! We stayed the entire week and our son was relaxed and "at home" the whole time. The place is one of the cleanest we have ever rented, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. We took advantage of the gas grill and deck for evening meals. My son and his fiancée joined us for 4 nights. The mini apartment downstairs, with bedroom, living room, bathroom, mini fridge and coffee maker, was perfect for them. If you like to be close to everything the area has to offer, but not in the middle of all the commotion and traffic, then this is the place for you! The owners are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and only a phone call away at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful condo. Thank you Katie and Bill for sharing your home with us!

Perfect trip

We had two families wanting a getaway with 3 of the travelers wanting snowboarding. This home was perfectly located to meet everyone's needs. Close to town, ski areas and hiking. We did some winter hiking - in the snow - and it was great! Having rented many different kinds of properties, I would say this one was the best equipped home. The only thing I couldn't find was a puzzle, so we bought one, completed it, and left if for the next guests. Highly recommend this home. Nice neighbors as well!

Great Vacation Home!

My husband and I rented this property for a week during foliage season. We had our family join us for the 3 day holiday weekend. The house was perfect for a large group. It afforded everyone the privacy they needed. The house was clean and spacious, and the fireplace was perfect for those cool autumn nights. Or grandaughter loved the jacuzzi! The location is perfect with Diana's Baths right next door and North Conway Village just a few miles away. The only problem we had was giving directions to our guests. Google Maps does not recognize either address we tried, but we directed them in with no problems. Katie was great to work with as well.
