Questa accogliente villa Breakers con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno ha tutto il necessario per una fuga sull'isola. La luminosa cucina, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo si aprono su un balcone che si affaccia sulla piscina. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano comodamente nel bagno. La piazza di Coligny con i suoi ristoranti e negozi si trova a pochi passi di distanza, ma soprattutto alcuni passi sabbiosi nella direzione opposta e ci si trova sulle nostre bellissime spiagge dell'Hilton Head!

We love HHI and the Vacation Company made our stay perfect as always. The condo was clean and organized, the staff was helpful and we are looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed the location! Our set up with perfect for a family of four with small children. Great stores and restaurants a very short walk!

Beautiful Condo Perfect Location

This condo is fabulous! Perfect for 2-3 people. It is small, but in an absolutely perfect location. You may walk to lots of shops and restaurants! No need to ever cook! The pool is nice and heated in October. Great vacation!

We had a great stay. Sound between floors and units varies, depending on the activity of other guests, likely due to frame construction.

Very clean and tastefully furnished.

We loved the unit. The bedroom was especially pretty and nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked and handy. Just 2 suggestions for the owner: The shower definitely needs some sort of handrail for safety reasons. It would be so helpful if the complex supplied some carts to transport luggage, groceries to unit. All in all it was great stay.

Great location to pool, beach, and shops It wasn’t a good week for the community to be working on the boardwalk to the beach But the maintenance had to be done Only problem was the condo above dropping particles of sand and maybe food, which were coming thru our ceiling on our deck They could use a rug

120 The Breakers

Coligny Beach is the best location on Hilton Head Island. Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants & fun bars. Just steps to the beach compared to other properties that I've stayed in on HHI. The condo is small though. Four adults sharing 1 bathroom was a little challenging but we coped. Would have liked an oven and wish the property had community grills but other than that, no issues. Clean, comfortable and ice cold in the hot Summer. Staff interaction was pleasant and very rare. Other guests were very polite. Parking was tight but we always found a spot when we needed it. I would recommend for a young family or four VERY GOOD friends. I would book again.

Location, location, location!

We just got back from our trip and it was great! The villas are in a PERFECT location, literally right across from Coligny Square which has plenty of shopping and restaurants. It is also an excellent place to start a bike journey. It is right beside the public beach area so it is a little crowded, but it probably would be crowded anyway since there are other lodging facilities in the area. The only negative was it is a really small villa. It was myself, my husband, and 2 daughters in their early 20s. The bunk beds were really too tight for them so they slept on the pull out couch. The bathroom was not really big enough for 3 women. I think it would suit a family with smaller children better or just a mom and dad trip. ;)

Great condo in a great location

We love the condo and the views from the balcony. The easy parking and access to pool and beach was great! The convenience to restaurants and shopping was an added pleasure. We have stayed in HHI several times but none prior was as convenient as this condo. Can’t wait to book again already planning trip for fall.

Very convenient location

Loved the location, view of beach and easy walk to beach, easy walk to lots of restaurants and stores! Bedroom is very small and bunk beds are not really good for teenagers but the pull out couch made up for that.

What a great location! A minute walk from all the shops, restaurants and the ocean! Can’t go wrong with staying at The Breakers. Cute condo with all the amenities!!

Great location

The complex is directly across from the Coligny shops, restaurants and grocery store. No need to get in the car until it’s time to check out. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The unit has been updated, but with the complex being older, the floors slope in spots and you can hear the people in the unit above. Which didn’t help when they were arguing all night and we couldn’t sleep. Once they left it was better. I would recommend the unit for a couple with maybe an infant or toddler, but not much more.

Fantastic location!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient for us to walk around to explore this area of Hilton Head. Also, steps away from the beach! Management was very communicative. The beds could use an upgrade and we did find the unit to be extremely dusty/musty. Management did try to help by bringing us a new filter but this didn't help much, so we tried to leave the patio door open as much as possible to let fresh air in.

Enjoy our ocean front condo

Overall Great value and would recommend. But Few comments. Can’t beat ocean front. Photos looked like a outside hot tub but just a kiddie pool. Living room has a fold out sofa which worked but could use some room darkening shades. Teen had a hard time sleeping with the light. Older unit so every sound at night was magnified beds and floors seem louder then normal. Absolutely loved the shower in fact the best shower ever! Tons of water. Unit had every thing as needed. Again good value for location.

Location is good and the place is clean. But beds were uncomfortable and shower got gold quickly. Too small for more then two people.

Great location

This property was in a great location across from Coligny plaza which has good restaurants, gift shops and grocery. Decor was beach theme and like. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of hangers in bedroom. Also great beach access!

Breakers Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! HHI is our favorite and this spot put us close to the beach, store, restaurants, trails, etc. The condo was perfect for our family of four and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
